Not wanting to be a know it all, I might suggest you add DCA or Nalcool to ur radiator. It will make a slime around the liners, prevent having to do this again.

If I put the pin in the crank and my timing wholes doesn’t match up after rotating twice is there a way to set the timing

Is the timing pin fitting flush?
