Supposedly my starter is 300 years old. Makes for a good story, but I have no way to prove it. But it is always super active. Ready to make dough in about 2 hours.
I have a few different sourdough starters I've collected that taste quite a bit different from each other in an obvious way. Any random person can tell the difference and make clear comments about it. I am kind of saddened there wasn't more taste description of the starters characteristics. Maybe I'm lucky to have such different tasting starters and maybe most starters taste the same, I don't know.
Your video is pixelating, the sound is cutting out. This video is lacking the quality of your other videos I've watched. I don't know if you've been drinking or just lacking dialogue or a script 😢
