My alpine career is pretty new, but even still I can totally relate to this. More than once already I've been been in an intense or grueling alpine situation and thought "why I am I putting myself through this" or even "never again", and then within a few days or weeks wanted nothing more than to get back to it.

Hi alex. Just finished off watching the Men's Boulder final highlights in Prague 2023 after listening to a podcast with you and someone, I can't remember his name now(apologies) good stuff. I was thinking about your level of fitness and wondered if you've got/had any "muscle" injuries that worsened over your climbing career? My body was moving several tonnes per day and I'm still nursing injuries, that was 2 years ago. Do you think age will play a major part in it and how u look super lol
