Bruh, love the confidence and humor wearing that outfit
Mukbang RUclipsr Nikocado Avacado sells t-shirt that says "I identify as skinny," and "It's just water weight." 💪😂👍
Keep it up my dude!! You've made phenomenal progress so far, I'm proud of you 😄 Consistency is everything, it's a lot easier to stay on the wagon than it is to get back on, so keep on charging ahead the way you have been.
Thanks Brother! I couldn't agree more with it being easier to stay on the wagon. I've fallen off for the last time. I've finally embraced the fact that I am an addict and always will be. Since I am going strong as a sober man, and will only get stronger, I will be able to stay sober forever as long as I commit to winning every day and never taking a day off.
Yeah
Great work. I highly recommend buying proper Handles for the cable attachments for your hands though. Its not about how heavy you can lift, its more about techique overall. The gym Rack you have is solid as !
I have them. Do you find that wrist cuffs limit the weight you can use and improve technique? Yeah, I'm blessed to have it!
@@StevesSpeedrun The wrist cuffs can not only lead to poor technique for beginners, they also completely by-pass training your grip strength, which is something somewhat important to have.
For advanced and pro lifters, people who already have proper technique in muscle memory, the grip strength can be a limiting factor when lifting really heavy weights, that's where the wrist cuffs usually come in.
@StevesSpeedrun They are actually ankle straps. Ive never seen anyone use these for all of their upper body training. You need to use the handles as you're comprimising grip strength that transfers to every single exercise you hold a dumbell, barbell, rope attachments and so on. I admire your commitment and sharing your journey and want nothing but the best for you. But its a big journey weight training and you will get better results and techniques with the handles. Proper form: You will have less injury also.
