If you're trying to lose weight why are you having over 3,500 calories a day? You're eating in a surplus. This is the kind of diet that you would have to get to your situation in the first place.

I’m sure you’ve heard it a dozen times but a cupcake and two spring rolls is not going to keep you satisfied. I’d look into some low calorie/high protein alternatives. Still taste prettt good but far better in terms of both calorie count and macros

Don't feel ashamed for setbacks - they happen! It's just important to get back on track swiftly and not be discouraged. I feel like consistency doesn't just mean always perfectly progressing. A real-life part of it is just to notice when you're diverging from your goals earlier next time and starting to get back on track. If you can keep yourself from not falling behind further, that's just as effective as working towards your goal in the future. Nice cable flyes btw! Keep going, buddy!

As someone who used to be 350lbs and is now 205lbs, one of the quickest ways to lose weight is to cut out breads and pastas. If you absolutely have to have bread look up a cloud bread recipe.
