I just got my panther skates in and they were comfortable the first time I wore them. I was having difficulty turning so I loosened the trucks and now they are so much easier to skate in! I’m still learning the different components of skates so I can slowly upgrade them 😄👍🏻

ive been real sad cause all the lollys lately are 300 or more, i ended up getting panthers and im waiting for them to show up in the mail. thank you for comparing the two, my hope is that how stiff the panthers are will help w me learning tricks and getting more confident in skating

I have the Lollies and added a strip of velcro to the tongue to prevent it from sliding to one side. It works. Now I want the Panthers just to have :) They would be my 4th pair.

I didn't realize there was that much of a difference between the two! I thought it would just be the color. If you do get the Jack boot, I'd love to hear about it, especially the sizing. 😁

I got lucky and got the panthers on sale. So when I got a 22$ toe guard with them after tax I paid 225$ in all. I also got free Labor Day shipping. So I got an AMAZING deal on them! (They were $190) If they weren’t on sale I’d of gone with the Riedell zones. They’re like moxi lollys but only 300$ instead of 370$. I do still want to get a tan pair someday and dye them fuchsia pink. That or I may just order a pair of custom Riedell skates. As for right now I’m happy with my panthers! I’m sure they’ll make a wonderful beginner skate!

How do you like the Avanti plate? Is it worth upgrading the plate right away?
I think it was worth the upgrade. I waited a year or so before I did it. And it was mostly because I was using my Lolly’s at the skatepark. I figure it was just a matter of time and I had a little a bit money to do it when I did.

How can I remove the toe stop from my panthers?
You need a skate tool to loosen the nut, it's super easy. Leftie loosie, tighty righty
would you recommend panthers for jam + park skating? or is the ankle thing too hard for jamskating?
I'm looking for the perfect combo for jam and park so send recommendations plss. I've been researching for too long.
I also thought about buying the chaya melrose in dark green( don't know the exact name) but i'm not shure if they're flexible enough fpr jamskating. Furthermore they look a little clumpsy. I'd spend max 300 euros and wpuld be very grateful for any recommendations. Thank uuu

Has anyone upgrade the panther wheels to a 65mm wheel? Do they fit? I want to buy some panthers but don't like the narrow standard wheel.
The standard plate that comes with the Panther doesn't fit 65mm wheels. The mounting bolts sit too low and cut into the wheels. I learned that the hard way and ultimately just bought a pair of Golden Horse skates for using with 65mm wheels. But the Panthers fit 62s just fine!
They do fit the radar 65 wheels fine.
Lolly are $369 plus tax on Amazon.
The Panthers remind me of an ice hockey boot. The toe box is so wide
(as someone with super wide feet,) i’m actually worried they’ll be too narrow for me, lol
@@potato.pancake i wear an 8 in moxis and have a wide foot (4.5 ins/11 cm) and out the box it fit perfectly except the bunion area which is easily adjusted with a heat gun or hairdryer and the bottom end of a hammer. You could also go to a skate shop and get it adjusted if needed.
Well the current monarch in the UK, ie: Queen Elizabeth has a personal maid that has her same foot size who breaks her shoes in! So…
You really can't break in someone else's shoe. That just doesn't work. Like you can soften em some but they still have to readjust to the other person's foot
