Thanks for your comments guys. A good painter technique makes gold. But if you ask me the more expensive guns are worth it. The better the gun the less work for the painter. A more effortless paint finish, that is if the guy behind the gun know what he's doing of course.
Thanks for the review now I am convinced to buy this gun, been painting some wheel arches and trunk door on my old estate with pretty decent result for being the first time. But then I am really picky for being an "amateur" with the pre-work and how important it is to do a proper job before you lay down your base, right now the areas that I resprayed on my 23 year old Opel Astra G is super shiny and the old paint fades like mad in the sun. But then it comes with a sh**ty single stage paint job from the factory. With no clear etc that would protected the car from fading, time to redo it all but I shall buy an inflatable spraybooth big enough and try to control the dust levels lol. It is just the nicest feeling when you lay down paint and see it flow hehe :)
Glad to hear that. It’s a good sign that you are picky with your own work as a newbie it shows just how serious and how far you will progress in the future as a painter. A good prep is a must for a good paint job. Thanks for the comment Hagis2k.
I spray about 50 cars a months. And theses guns are awesome. I have 4 of them and i use it for Clear, Single Stage, and 2 basecoat guns. Ive owned a couple teknas before and finish wise u wont see a difference. I handed the gun off to my other painter friend who also uses teknas and he also could not see a difference. Just make sure u get the T110 Aircap
Doesn't look a bad gun really, I don't think it would hold up for long if it was someone like you using it every day all day but for a diy person that would us it a few times a year it would be perfect. I think you might know that I won the new DV1S in a competition, it's a much better gun than the SRI so I had to get the DV1 clear gun to see if it was better than my GTI and IMO it is better and gives a flatter finish which is what I'm looking for, I know Brian tried it and didn't like it but he is a fast painter which you can't do with the DV1. 👍 John UK.
Hey what up Mario !..awesome videos man!..I have a question, I noticed you set all your guns to wide open on the fluid, when you paint do you pull the trigger all the way?..I tried my gun wide open and trigger pulled all the way as I was painting and I got like 2 runs. Do I need to speed up possibly?..
Thanks for your comment Frank. That’s a great question, there’s a few things that could cause that problem. Your pressure maybe too high, your speed too slow, or you’re too close. I use full trigger when spraying clear coat.
Not great advice for someone who's gonna use the gun once a twice per year. For me this works perfect because i just use it for clear coat on max 10 times per year... For less than 100 dollars it's definitely best buy

I will get a hold of eBay today. But I got tracking and shipping on them and I am getting updates on them moving across country. There are so many people falling for this scam because I tried bidding on like 20 of them and I only got 2 of them for these prices shooting up to over 60 dollars sometimes, but I wouldn't pay no more than 10 dollars because of the 20-dollar shipping. Some people are looking at almost 100 dollars on these scams. I am curious to know why your RUclips account was made only 1 week ago? I was thinking that these guns might have been stolen thats the only reason why I purchased them there is a lot of cybercrime and just crime in general in china and japan

I run mine a 26 psi seems like it's the sweet spot
Yes any gun could paint a car...it all comes down to the techniques of the painter !!!!

Thanks NissanMarchk11. I was spraying 26 PSI for paint and 30 PSI for clear. We have a huge compressor and my regulator is a RTI.

That should be fine. You might notice the pressure dropping, but it will work

Between 27 to 30. However not all guns require that much PSI

Of course not these are off brand gun that can still give you a good paint job on a budget. But not as good as the real thing
