    Basic punches in boxing
    1- jab
    2- cross
    3-lead hook
    4-rear hook
    5-lead uppercut
    6-rear uppercut
    Edited: I took off the southpaw and orthodox stuff so that it can't be confusing.

      Yeah but 2 isn’t a hook I think just a cross or like a jab like 1 but with right hand I think

      @@STIZZLE1 you're right. 1 and 2 are jabs. In the video he does say it's a cross, but it is a rear jab. 1,2,3 is lead jab, rear jab , and lead cross/ or hook. The 2 sets you up for 3 cross because you are in a good position to deliver it.

    • @jamiemarsden3823
      @jamiemarsden3823 2 года назад

      YOU NOOB! THE LEAD AND REAR aren't part of the basic 4* (jab, hook, straight, and uppercut) the JAB is the LEAD and the HOOK is known as the rear but aren't separate punhes the LEAD/REAR IS ONLY A COUNTING METHOD FOR TRAINING! train better not harder bro :)
