Yes we are aware we didn't use the IO Shield in this build. The motherboard ASRock supplied us was an engineering sample with no retail packaging. If we had one. We would have used it lol
My God, man, is there a case you can't make look stellar? That is a gorgeous build. I didn't think I liked the case until you worked it. Now I love it. Cheers, mate, and great build.
I personally wouldn't buy this case either, but I like that it's not just another freaking box. I like cases that try to be different. It inspires me to try to build my own custom case. Question for you guys. If you were to build a custom case, what would it look like? I'm really interested to know.
Hey nick! I'm in love with thermaltake View 71 snow edition but it saddens me that cable management is a little bit terrible compared to other cases that have the psu cover. Do you have any recommendations for me, or should I stick with it? I'm currently on nzxt s340 elite planning to move to view 71. I know its hard to get beauty, cable management and airflow all in one... I'm interested in doing a white build.
It's gonna be purely gaming. Still unsure if I go Intel or amd. It will probably be next gen for both cpu and gpu. As far as about other gear, just a plain AIO for better cooling. Can you suggest any case options?
honestly not the best case out there I've seen other SFF cases that can do much more with a smaller volume. though nice video nick as always. what is your take on SFF cases in general? I see many itx builds start to popup and its great.
I really love SFF systems. I think they are excellent. The problem for me is usually getting the SFF cases. We're slowly building up a stockpile of SFX and SFX-L PSU's and 120mm AIOs. About half of the SFF cases we've covered we've bought with our Patreon pledges.
Hi thanks for doing this video! I read on their official site that they suggest not to install a gpu card larger than 2 slots and the one you got there looks like a 2.5 slots ROG card, correct? No issues at all? Hope to hear your advice!
@@GearSeekers totally fair. I end up missing brackets and screws from the parts I store and it's annoying so I thought that happened there. Said it before but I'll say it again, build looks sweet.
Not sure what you're playing at but if you're implying that it's the only parts we had for a build I suggest watching our other videos lol. A 120mm AIO is not enough to cool the 9900KS I was going to put in it.
@@GearSeekers Oh no I know whats up lol I'm saying for the people that are stuck with a budget build. The i5 works for the build and will play most games no problem at 1080.

I dunno how to answer this. I reckon wait till January 😉
Strong is the peel game in this vid. Excellent build. Loving the ITX builds lately. Keep it up
Was just googling this case because it's thermals we're better than a different case I was looking at. This case is beautiful!
This was a SUPER build 🔨
We finally got a good peel bois
AND GURLZ! 😎
@@KlaireGearSeekers yup, 🙂
He ruined it with that stupid face he makes during peels.
This case looks aesthetically pleasing, great video fams
I wonder how many people were triggered by the bar code on the upper RGB fan?.........LOL Photography was excellent as usually!
This is why we don't remove stuff like that. Gets people to comment lol!
Ran into this video looking for some angles on this case.. superb camera work and editing.. music choice nice too. Earned a subscriber..
Cool Build I like it, nice editing and shots!! Thanks for putting this together!!
Thanks for your kind words and stopping by!
Dammit! Not first to a Gear Seekers Video that actually uploaded early!
I have failed you Master NickSan
Great video! Do you think there'd be a difference in cpu thermals mounting the rad on the bottom intake? Not sure if the aio would reach.
It would be much the same
Love it ! me too been bitten by the mini-itx bug lately. Coincidentally I just finished a similar set up (CPU-Mobo-GPU) inside the Streacom DA2 ....
I'd love to get my hands on a DA2
Great build man
Build a quiet pc using the new Pure Base 500 with be quiet fans!
I'm really curios how it would end up looking.
HEY!! LOVING the looks!!
P.S.- the case is just okk.. but the efforts that Nick has put in that makes the build outlook everything
Thanks 😁
@@GearSeekers you're welcome you surely deserve this..
actually better to be precise!!

There are lots of white options out there. Just depends on the hardware you're trying to fit in it

@@GearSeekers true. They are really hard to get right now im eyeing tu150 and waiting for my dune case. Btw love from israel.
love the video!! how do you guys get such buttery smooth b-roll?
I'll never tell lol 🤣
I was interested in this motherboard, I didn't think it had an rgb header, did you use some controller?
It doesn't have one. I used the controller with the AIO
I'm so happy I subscribed to this channel 😁
We're so happy you did too! Thank you! :)

No it's not a ROG card. It's a 2 slot GPU
Did the IO Shield get lost in the annals of time? lol But seriously, build looks sweet. I'm still trying to figure out which ITX Case to go with.
The board is an engineering sample. It's doesn't have an IO shield or any retail packaging
@@GearSeekers totally fair. I end up missing brackets and screws from the parts I store and it's annoying so I thought that happened there. Said it before but I'll say it again, build looks sweet.
I would buy it if it supported matx I’ve been looking for a smaller version of the thermal take tower 900
Any dust filters in this case ?
If not it's just another dust collector case 🤭
No shots of the rear IO .... or the shield?
Dude how do you keep finding these amazing looking cases
I didn't find it lol. Silverstone sent it to us lol
Gear Seekers but like most of the case you review fits looks SICK
I’d love to see you work your magic with the metallic gear neo g mini OR the Sliger SM560.
The Neo G is coming soon!
I hope it’s the mini itx!
no entiendo como este video tiene tan pocos likes. Muy buen contenido
Do a Ghost S1 or Ncase M1 next...
Sick video.
is there an difference between Silverstone LD03 and Silverstone LD03B?
B just means its black
@@GearSeekers thx
Great build Well done ^^
I got. you need a liquid-cooled gpu if you don't want the case to burn :)
Cool!
Nice build but I prefer Velka 5
Why you didn't put i/o shield?
Read the pinned post. It's literally the first thing you see when you leave a comment lol
It's an RGB box XD.
very good video
I feel for you out there stuck with a i5 and 1660.
Stuck with an i5 and 1660 lol 🤣

The i5 and 1660 Super were chosen for that reason as well as the thermals of the case. I like to match hardware with a cases capabilities.
Would prefer solid panel

No
I just want to ask of you are Filipino or a half blood Filipino ?
No. Not even close. I've answered this hundreds of times.
"Hey Nick, can you tell me more about your heritage and nationality?" is a better question to ask :)
He forget to put an io shield
I didn't read the video description and the pinned comment mate.
