Much of the shrimp flavor comes from their shell. Boil the peeled shell before discarding them and leave the boiled liquid as part of the onion mix base will add shrimp flavor to the soup.

12安士oz(340克g)
蝦 shrimp
適量鹽, 胡椒粉
和 1/2 湯匙粟粉
Some salt, white pepper
and 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
1磅lb(453克g)
中硬豆腐 med firm tofu
1/2磅lb(227克g)
洋葱 onion
薑1片
1slices of ginger
蒜頭2瓣
2 cloves of garlic
2 杯熱水
2 cups hot water
混合醬 sauce mix :
1 1/2湯匙Tbsp
蠔油 oyster sauce
1 1/2湯匙 Tbsp
生抽 soy sauce
1/2茶匙 tsp 糖sugar
適量胡椒粉
some white pepper
1湯匙 Tbsp 水 water
蛋3隻加鹽和胡椒粉
