I made journaling dead simple for Mac

In this video I show how I used the mac homebrew package sleepwatcher, scripting and terminal commands to create a dead simple journal which automatically makes and names an entry, populates it with prompts and opens it for me the first time I wake my laptop from sleep every day.
This in your face method removes any ability for myself to forget to journal and document, and hopefully will encourage myself to more thoroughly write about my life or otherwise meet word count goals.
