Great Video, it would be nice if at the end of some of these conversations, persons could be invited to the local gurdwara, Having a host showing them around the Gurdwara for their first time visit would be a plus and great experience. I think all gurdwaras should have atleast 1 host person for new-comers for orientation. If not 24.7, a specific designated time would be good too.

There is nothing wrong with Sikh's preaching their faith in a free world. Everyone is free to talk about their belief system after all devout Muslim's and Christian's do the same.

ਸ਼ੇਰ ਸਿੰਘ She said that we should not judge or disrespect people that are gay or lesbian. This issue is tricky because we've never encountered it in our history. But the very least we can do is accept them for who they are and not judge them.
They are accepted but they can't have relations or same sex weddings
ਸ਼ੇਰ ਸਿੰਘ Gay marriages cannot be performed in the Gurudware (as per 2005 hukam from Akal Takht). That is all. Homosexuality per se is not forbidden in Sikhi. And it is against Sikhi to judge or disrespect gays. Some Sikh ministers may even perform gay marriages (though not inside a Gurudwara, obviously). Though it is technically not allowed for Khalsa Sikhs to be gay, since they cannot have relations without Anand Karaj.

Sexual-orientation, gender, skin color, nationality, etc. are all small things, and don't really matter. Sikhi is larger than these things. Sikhi focuses on larger ideas such as love, unity, acceptance, forgiveness etc. so these little things are below Sikhi. They shouldn't matter much, because Sikhi is higher than physical identity.
