- We were very surprised to find out that Sikhi and Christianity have many similarities in their lifestyle and philosophy. However, there are some discrepancies as well.
This video was filmed in Barcelona in June 2015. It is filmed in Spanish and subtitled in English.
Our Christian brother in the video is a social worker who runs what they call "groups of faith"; in these meetings, they try to have a deeper understanding of their lives from a Christian prospective.
Sikhi was never meant to stay in one place... Our Guru is for the whole world, and we're here to spread His message.

He told me their parents would never alows it because people would talk about his parents and grandparents (society things).. :( His living his parents lifeeeeee , so sad

Soy Católica, creo irrevocablemente en Jehová Dios y su hijo Jesucristo, sin embargo me encanta el Sijismo, mi padre Jehová es el mismo Waheguru al que ellos llaman. Definitivamente Dios es uno. Las personas somos las responsables de las divisiones, nos atrevemos a opinar de lo divino como si tuviésemos derecho, y es por esto que se cometen barbaridades en nombre del Dios único y supremo.
Por desgracia no todos creemos en el mismo Dios. Los cristianos tienen la centralidad en Jesucristo, los musulmanes en Dios y Mahoma y los Sikh en Dios y los guru.
Cada religion niega la otra, los cristianos creen que solo Jesus es el Camino y pocas son las personas que van al Cielo. Los musulmanes creen en Dios y que Mahoma es su ultimo profeta, pero las enseñanzas de Mahoma son diferentes a las Cristianas(no creen que Jesus murio en las cruz por ejemplo) y ademas el fue un guerrero que mato gente y no toleraba mucho a otras las otras religiones.
Jesus dijo que el seria causa de division (Lc. 12.49-53; 14.26-27)
''34 No penséis que he venido para traer paz a la tierra; no he venido para traer paz, sino espada.
35 Porque he venido para poner en disensión al hombre contra su padre, a la hija contra su madre, y a la nuera contra su suegra;

Mi novio es Punjabi... Su religion es sikhi .. Sijismo . es total es como un altruismo total no es como hindu tan cerrado no..tiene castas ni nada todos somos iguales

Hi friend, if I understand your question correctly, the ‘dirt’ is representative of a lack of awareness or being clouded by the five thieves of lust, anger, pride, greed, worldly love. Through a discipline of meditating on the One Infinite Energy (God), you will detach from the five thieves and the true light of your existence will shine. You will see everything is connected and a manifestation of the Infinite One, including yourself. As a result you are liberated from the chains of falsehood and see and experience the Light in all.

I encourage you to read the book of John in the new testament. The bible says this about turbans
Exodus 29:6 Verse Concepts and you shall set the turban on his head and put the holy crown on the turban.

Leviticus 8:9 Verse Concepts He also placed the turban on his head, and on the turban, at its front, he placed the golden plate, the holy crown, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.
Leviticus 16:4 Verse Concepts "He shall put on the holy linen tunic, and the linen undergarments shall be next to his body, and he shall be girded with the linen sash and attired with the linen turban (these are holy garments) Then he shall bathe his body in water and put them on.
Zechariah 3:5 Verse ConceptsThen I said, "Let them put a clean turban on his head." So they put a clean turban on his head and clothed him with garments, while the angel of the LORD was standing by.
Job 29:14Verse Concepts "I put on righteousness, and it clothed me; My justice was like a robe and a turban. And look at what happened to Samson when he cut his hair. Samson lost his strength whe Delilah cut his hair. True Christians would be Sikhs too but Christians don't exactly take their Holy Bible to heart. They don't follow what their bible says.

Por ejemplo en el islam uno puede casarse con varias mujeres, puede matar a otras personas por no ser musulmanes y muchas otras cosas que contradicen el cristianismo. En el cristianismo solo puedes casarte con una mujer(si no seria adulteria), no puedes vivir de la espada y dice que Dios es Amor, al contrario del Islam que dice que Dios no ama a todo el mundo solo a los musulmanes
Esto es ofensivo para un sikh, como os ocurre comparrar una religion con otra, cuando es la nustra misma la que dice que el dios un unico.

Hello, basics of sikhi. I am a 14 year old Sikh girl, and I received a question earlier from a Christian about Sikhism and our beliefs of reincarnation. Now, his question was: how can souls of a human reincarnate into an animal? The reason he asked this was because he said that humans can tell what's right and wrong and therefore can build connection with God however animals can't do that so what's the theory and concept behind it? Please can you explain to me so I can go and explain to the Christian about it. Thank you. God bless you.

+Harneet Kaur Bains Some people, while still human, with a lot of sense, intelligence and knowledge of what's right & wrong, still behave like animals, are still bound to their egos and take themselves for beastly rides in lust & anger & greed without any sense of shame - despite 'knowing' & being 'aware' of their follies. So it's quite consequential when their delusional mind actually ends up reincarnating as another baser creature in an attempt to fulfill those insatiable passions that keep making them going in circles (reincarnation) due to the sweet poison of their own unfulfilled worldly desires.
Even to aim for a physical Heaven is part of reincarnation caused by one's desire for rewards & joys. True Spiritual Maturity is in seeking the Divine Beloved alone. For, here, the heart is then content & has no expectations - the consequential result of which is true Heavenliness.
The human heart is capable of infinite flow. This infinite flow is only fulfilled when directed towards the Infinite One Himself (God). Everything else is only finite, directing our hearts to which, will only cause despair & delusions. Hence, everything else then becomes a distraction or a diversion or an indulgence in duality. We Christian believe in 1 GOD but we believe GOD is one in essence and three in person, the trinity. Christian don't follow religion or mans tradition. I have seen people healed, Demons cast out of people all in The name of Jesus. If you come across a Christian who is pushy thank him he fighting to save your soul he want you to go to heaven. JESUS is the way the the true and the life NO one goes to the Father except through him. All have died and stayed dead except Jesus. CHRISTO VIVE.

Have you read The Gospel of Mary Magdalene? Tells a different story same with the Gospel of Thomas.
Even our 10th Guru said he was the son of god and advised not to worship him because you will go to hell. Wasn't Jesus also the son of god? Never once did he say to worship him. Why else would he also pray? Makes no sense.

When Jesus was pray he was teaching his disciples how to pray thats why his disciples would call him Rabbi Rabbi teacher teacher and when He was on the cross and said (My GOD my GOD why hast thou forsaken me ) he wasn't pleading to Father to save him jesus was fulfilling prophecies psalm 22 keep in mind the prophecy was written by king David 1000 years before Christ walk the earth. Did your 10 guru say he was THE( meaning Only )son or A(meaning one of many)son of GOD ? In Jewish biblical sense we are all sons and daughters of GOD because he the creator but Jesus claim was the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON of the Father making he eqaul to GOD just different roles.
