I actually grinded the Tiger UHT without getting the premium MI24. Here are some Tipps: If you want to use ur Schturm missiles, team up with a friend who plays Russia, 2S38s are your worst nightmare. Stay at around 3 KM away from the closest cap point, so that you avoid Stinger Lock ons. Atm the Heli is usable since the KA50 got moved to 11.0. And the 9.7 line up is just *chefs kiss*. If you just want a fast grind, use S8KOs and a reserve tank as your alibi. Not nice for your teammates but… If you actually want to have fun in WT just get the BO 105 PAH1A1.
Lol Bo 105 ! If only people were good enough with helis to be able to pull that off ! They have no idea... If only that bird could have some sort of fire and forgets...
@@javier1zq 90% yes. Heli PvE is inefficient, I got like 10k exp per hour. GL competing against those KA50/KA52. I got around 15-25k xp/h rushing in with rockets.
@@muratakcan1299 I mean I have 120 deaths to 375 ground kills and 2 air kills on it. Before the BR Change it sat at 9.3 with Puma and begleit. So it was easy to get. Took me “only” 150 to get every modification except for 1. It’s pretty convenient that you get 6 HOT2s from the start. And if you pay attention to 2s38s your only enemy is enemy CAS.
Had a blast watching it !! Will give the mi 24p that I owe a try, I’m a fan of mi 28 but I’m sure that all those mi 24 are with a try. PS : SKO-8 rockets have amazing range and you can basically spawn from your helipad and blast 80 rockets at your enemy and start again, it’s pretty effective as far as I tried it !

Im enjoying the mi24s so much i might honestly get the Mi35 and mi28s before the ka52. ( ka29 looks like another painful grind tbh)

another thing worthy of mention is the mi35m gets the sight lock so killing other helis, planes in a head on and lightly armored stuff while flying over is made way easier because all you gotta do is point, click the sight stabilisation button on what youre looking at and hold lmb lol

Once I got to test drive the Mi 24P (Germany) and its a fun heli to use got only one kill though cause im bad at air .Id say the heli itself is a bit heavy.But for its size it is very manuverable 😊.
This is actually a great guide ! A little hint from me: if you could somehow include russian subtitles, this video would explode ! Also if you can put little explanations with pharanthesis for the new people as you talk about technical stuff ( like ccip ) great vid keep it coming !

I recently grinded the Mi24P and gave up & used GE to get the Mi35 (first time using convertible RP). As much as I love these helis, they're really hard to maneuver and the sights are fixed to 10x, which makes it hard to utilize the full range of the missiles. Great video!
Hi, i would recommend you to not use golden eagles for researching helicopters the way I did it was that I would research the ka29 with my mi-24 V using heli pve. Ka 29 has stock ATGMs and has less pain than mi35. You could also get the ka 52 and start getting the mi35 and mi28s from there. Or just simply purchase ka 50 and farm from there. Mi24s are incredibly slow, but you can also use your keyboard to manually assist your mouse. Mi35 is still nice.Thank you!
@@Bob_Dickinson I normally *never* use GE for research, it's just that I researched the Mi24P just before that - took 4 months total, playing Heli PVE every now and then - and I didn't want to have to stock grind what is essentially a heli that I already painstakingly stock grinded. I have the Mi35 now and put a talisman on it as well - despite the short range on its ATGM's for its BR, it's been a wonderful grinder for me and I'm close to unlocking the first Mi28. Also, something I wanted to mention, your production quality for such a small channel is incredible. Keep it up!

As someone who is stupid enough to grind the German air tree from the starter Alouette to the Hind P (Which was my goal), the hind is just amazing. Compare this to the helicopters before you which are all utility choppers turned into combat role, it's not even a contest. It's faster, has better armaments (Guns, Rockets, and ATGM all in one load out, and a CCIP to boot) I would have said that getting the hind was worth it but honestly, the pain and mind numbing boredom I got from grinding in heli PVE makes me unsure
Oh yea, its an intresting experience, starter helis are painful to work around with specially the german huey, cingrats in getting the hind tho! Have fun getting the Uht tiger+
@@Bob_Dickinson I personally find it a lot more fun to use rockets and guns rather than AT missiles. Unfortunately, that's hard to do with the 2S38 existing.

I bought premium one on sale today. Before the purchase i was like "why is it so much worse than swedish Mi-28 and sits on similar br". But now i am really amazed, this thing is cool to play and shturms are great. Love this thing but not the strange camo.
Oh yes its really incredible, though personally i would prefer the mi-28A. The mi24 is really amazing. By the way, the camo is from Heeresfliegerstaffel 80 (Army Aviation Squadron 80) helicopter unit belonging to Unified Germany's Heer that continued to operate Soviet helicopters after reunification. Its an interesting piece of history.

Thanks man! The reason why i dont do it is , when i got max speed on flat ground, i can place my helicopter in a way that the front gear is touching the ground and moves forward at the same time. This allows it to go beyond 370KM/H. And it gives some sort of a second chance to my heli and prevents it to crash when i fall down on its belly(smooth enough lol). Happened to me many times in the ka 50 aswell, i understand that it goes faster aerodynamically if i retract it, but i like my mi24s like that. I did it so much at it became a bad habbit. I must close it on high altitudes, thanks for pointing that out! Xd
My favorite thing to do to war thunder players is to enlighten them to the asymmetry of the Hind, next to nobody knows they are purposefully built at a slight angle and it's so cursed when you first see it 😂
For me it would be perfect if gaijin added helis to SBEC, i dont rlly like to fly in RB and with SPAAGMs at the bracket the hinds are in GSB theyre just no match... Edit:Great video!!you got yourself a new sub!!
Actually... thats a great idea! yo can also include the helis in sim EC. Doing objectives like destroying attackers and offensives and defensives on a sector. In GRB, the SPPAs are much more deadly, sure the grind is painful but its still possible, in higher tiers, helicopters will have the capability to counter other helicopters, hinds are still stuck at the old phase. Untill the MI35, where it gets propper IRST auto tracker with GSH 23 turret, and 8 igla missiles. Thank you so much man! Welcome to the channel! O7
This is my favorite plane, regardless of its wings, it’s magnificent and I would love to have radar missles on it someday, also fuel pods, things a guzzler. Would also love to see the 2k bombs since this thing had 2 of them, (or was it 1k? I can’t remember) What I hate is how gaijn did this beauty dirty, it was able to go Mach 1 at level flight, but in the game it’s only possible with a dive, sadly. I have to disagree; the top 3 low heli PvE ranking is: 1/ Mi-24D 2/ Tzefa B (AH-1Q) - (with 8 TOWs; 38 MMs; +dual 40mm grenade launchers on 9.0, it beats the 24A, trust me; sometimes even the 24D) 3/ Mi-24A And finally about the Mi-35: A HIND with only 4 hardpoints and without retraceable landing gear? NO THX!
Oh wow i did not knew the TzefaB was in Low Heli PVE MM. but if it is its even better. and yep... the MI35 is not really worth it tbh... even with the enhanced landing gear its still meh...

I just bought the Mi-24V earlier today and the grind is horrible. The atgms are a tier 3 modifications. I play Heli PvE in Asia server. Mi-24V are matched with the highest bracket with Ka-50s and Z19Es so yeah can't grind shit with so many Chinese bots.
This is how u do it .i would suggest that you should try and go for enemy assaults and defences, take out enemy units first with ur ATGMs and use ur rockets and farm the anti tank guns and enemy tanks, you can also ask some friends to join in to make the grind easier regarding SPAAs and rolands. but overall, try to nab some kills while the ka 50s are eating the enemy Ground units alive, there is also an option of going out and using ur R60MKs on the Enemy attackers or bombers, though im not sure if their heat signature is gonna be enough to lock them at 4KM+ ranges.
The mi24D is probably my fav, why? Bc you are at 8.7 and have no problem with missle spaa. You can easily outplay gun spaa with 4 Falanga and 4 s24b. I love that it can carry 4 falanga and 4 s24b at the same time. Thats 8 kill it you hit every missle/rocket.
Bit late to the party (and if you mention this I'm sorry) but crucial tip for unguided rockets, DO NOT fire while holding collective at 100%. Drop to whatever it takes to just hover (you don't have to hover just until you aren't climbing) and you will gain a huge increase in accuracy and responsiveness.
Also, great point about it being heavy. I've found flying it like a plane. I.e. 90degree roll and pulling up to make a tight turn or to stop to net the best results. It has wings. Use em.
GG mate! thanks for the tips! mi 24 overall is a heavy boy and cant turn propperly, u can reduce the collective pitch and use the rudder controls to turn faster at speeds lower than 200 km/h, using roll rate is recommended
i have the MI-24P HFS-80 just because i want to grind heli tech tree easier, turns out, bunch of KA-50 just steal all the kills and hard to grind, its unfair. i think the current BR changes, i wont met KA-50 in ground RB but heli mission, still met the damn thing

@@Bob_Dickinson i tried the anti air missile before, got artificially nerfed, have to go near 2km to able be lock on, gaijin pls so my only option is bringing 8 atgm and 2 rocket pods, which is good by itself but if there is KA- 50 they just steal kill everything i can deal enemy base by myself depends on the map, if there are no cover, its just a lost cause, even i do that, KA-50 still gain more than me. ugh
@@tejoadi4349gaijin has to seperate the top BR heli PVE MM, the mid tier which is BO105, AH-1F, HKP9A, Z9W, etc. And top tier which will be ka 50s apaches ec665s etc.

im about to get the mi24v, and with that the higher PVE br bracket ill be put in, with the scary Roland SPAA's whats your main strat in heli PvE you used to get it spaded?
so i went for the bases, it might be hard but what i do is that. i stay under 20 meters while going directly to rolands, (unless they hit u directly) the missile proxy fuzes wont work under 20 meters, and once you got closer than 400 meters of rolands, they wont fire at you, so feel free to get them, you can also ask your friends to help to get the SPAAs for ya
I was wondering why do you recommend that people play and spade the Mi-24A before buying the Mi-24D? I bought a talisman for the A variant when there was a sale and a week later they put up the D variant for sale soo I didn't bother buying it. Don't get me wrong I love the Mi-24A its just that I am wondering why you recommend that people buy the D variant after spading the Mi-24A. Also keep up the great work your videos are great! :D
Thank you mah man! The thing is that, some ppl buy the mi-24D when they never experienced or even know the playstyle of it. Spading the MI24A, gives you enough time to experience how you play mi-24D, after that you can decide that if you like the mi24D playstyle or not, or if you want to grind the rest of the tech tree with the mi24s. Personally when i was a newbie i hated the mi24 helis cuz i had skill issue. Now i absolutely love it! Im not saying that mi24D or A sux. Its just that some might be disappointed with their purchase, cuz they havnt learned the heli properly. Spading the A helps that.
@@Bob_Dickinson Okay that makes a lot of sense. Personaly I love the Russian 8.7 lineup and I was thinking about maybe buying the Mi-24D as a SL grinder and as a bonus I could grind the heli tree since I just unlocked the Mi-24V. I am not really interested in the Ka-50 at the moment
@@TheCROHELLBOY that russsian linup is really good, if you like the MI24A, buy the MI24D when its available, it has much more appealing cockpit and propper frontal armor, and you dont have to grind everything again. it also has the lower BR heli PVE MM aswell and it will be much easier to farm SL with it, if u got boosters from Assault Air or ground arcade thats even better. pro tip that i got from my friend, if you want to turn really fast under 200 KMs with all the MI-24s, reduce the collective pitch, and use helicopter's momentum and Press the right rudder, it will turn really good. The hind does have a canted rotor shaft/hub but it’s only angled 2 degrees. You won’t notice it at most angles. It’s pretty visible in dcs

another thing worthy of mention is the mi35m gets the sight lock so killing other helis, planes in a head on and lightly armored stuff while flying over is made way easier because all you gotta do is point, click the sight stabilisation button on what youre looking at and hold lmb lol

Once I got to test drive the Mi 24P (Germany) and its a fun heli to use got only one kill though cause im bad at air .Id say the heli itself is a bit heavy.But for its size it is very manuverable 😊.

I recently grinded the Mi24P and gave up & used GE to get the Mi35 (first time using convertible RP).
As much as I love these helis, they're really hard to maneuver and the sights are fixed to 10x, which makes it hard to utilize the full range of the missiles.

Hi, i would recommend you to not use golden eagles for researching helicopters the way I did it was that I would research the ka29 with my mi-24 V using heli pve. Ka 29 has stock ATGMs and has less pain than mi35. You could also get the ka 52 and start getting the mi35 and mi28s from there. Or just simply purchase ka 50 and farm from there. Mi24s are incredibly slow, but you can also use your keyboard to manually assist your mouse. Mi35 is still nice.Thank you!
@@Bob_Dickinson I normally *never* use GE for research, it's just that I researched the Mi24P just before that - took 4 months total, playing Heli PVE every now and then - and I didn't want to have to stock grind what is essentially a heli that I already painstakingly stock grinded. I have the Mi35 now and put a talisman on it as well - despite the short range on its ATGM's for its BR, it's been a wonderful grinder for me and I'm close to unlocking the first Mi28.
Also, something I wanted to mention, your production quality for such a small channel is incredible. Keep it up!

As someone who is stupid enough to grind the German air tree from the starter Alouette to the Hind P (Which was my goal), the hind is just amazing. Compare this to the helicopters before you which are all utility choppers turned into combat role, it's not even a contest. It's faster, has better armaments (Guns, Rockets, and ATGM all in one load out, and a CCIP to boot)
I would have said that getting the hind was worth it but honestly, the pain and mind numbing boredom I got from grinding in heli PVE makes me unsure
Oh yea, its an intresting experience, starter helis are painful to work around with specially the german huey, cingrats in getting the hind tho! Have fun getting the Uht tiger+

I find long range rocket barrages with the HFS 80 really fun. It scares the HECK out of tank players.

I bought premium one on sale today. Before the purchase i was like "why is it so much worse than swedish Mi-28 and sits on similar br". But now i am really amazed, this thing is cool to play and shturms are great. Love this thing but not the strange camo.
Oh yes its really incredible, though personally i would prefer the mi-28A. The mi24 is really amazing. By the way, the camo is from Heeresfliegerstaffel 80 (Army Aviation Squadron 80) helicopter unit belonging to Unified Germany's Heer that continued to operate Soviet helicopters after reunification. Its an interesting piece of history.

Thanks man! The reason why i dont do it is , when i got max speed on flat ground, i can place my helicopter in a way that the front gear is touching the ground and moves forward at the same time. This allows it to go beyond 370KM/H. And it gives some sort of a second chance to my heli and prevents it to crash when i fall down on its belly(smooth enough lol). Happened to me many times in the ka 50 aswell, i understand that it goes faster aerodynamically if i retract it, but i like my mi24s like that. I did it so much at it became a bad habbit. I must close it on high altitudes, thanks for pointing that out! Xd

My favorite thing to do to war thunder players is to enlighten them to the asymmetry of the Hind, next to nobody knows they are purposefully built at a slight angle and it's so cursed when you first see it 😂
Funny thing is that, ive seen some ppl blaming the asymmetrical design of the helicopter on gaijin's "bad" modeling xD.
For me it would be perfect if gaijin added helis to SBEC, i dont rlly like to fly in RB and with SPAAGMs at the bracket the hinds are in GSB theyre just no match...

Actually... thats a great idea! yo can also include the helis in sim EC. Doing objectives like destroying attackers and offensives and defensives on a sector. In GRB, the SPPAs are much more deadly, sure the grind is painful but its still possible, in higher tiers, helicopters will have the capability to counter other helicopters, hinds are still stuck at the old phase. Untill the MI35, where it gets propper IRST auto tracker with GSH 23 turret, and 8 igla missiles. Thank you so much man! Welcome to the channel! O7

This is my favorite plane, regardless of its wings, it’s magnificent and I would love to have radar missles on it someday, also fuel pods, things a guzzler.

With all the proxy spammer auto cannons running around, this heli has no chance to stay up for long.
I have to disagree; the top 3 low heli PvE ranking is:
1/ Mi-24D
2/ Tzefa B (AH-1Q) - (with 8 TOWs; 38 MMs; +dual 40mm grenade launchers on 9.0, it beats the 24A, trust me; sometimes even the 24D)
3/ Mi-24A
And finally about the Mi-35: A HIND with only 4 hardpoints and without retraceable landing gear? NO THX!
Oh wow i did not knew the TzefaB was in Low Heli PVE MM. but if it is its even better. and yep... the MI35 is not really worth it tbh... even with the enhanced landing gear its still meh...

I just bought the Mi-24V earlier today and the grind is horrible. The atgms are a tier 3 modifications. I play Heli PvE in Asia server. Mi-24V are matched with the highest bracket with Ka-50s and Z19Es so yeah can't grind shit with so many Chinese bots.
This is how u do it .i would suggest that you should try and go for enemy assaults and defences, take out enemy units first with ur ATGMs and use ur rockets and farm the anti tank guns and enemy tanks, you can also ask some friends to join in to make the grind easier regarding SPAAs and rolands. but overall, try to nab some kills while the ka 50s are eating the enemy Ground units alive, there is also an option of going out and using ur R60MKs on the Enemy attackers or bombers, though im not sure if their heat signature is gonna be enough to lock them at 4KM+ ranges.
The mi24D is probably my fav, why? Bc you are at 8.7 and have no problem with missle spaa. You can easily outplay gun spaa with 4 Falanga and 4 s24b. I love that it can carry 4 falanga and 4 s24b at the same time. Thats 8 kill it you hit every missle/rocket.
oh yea the rockets are quite amazing
Bit late to the party (and if you mention this I'm sorry) but crucial tip for unguided rockets, DO NOT fire while holding collective at 100%. Drop to whatever it takes to just hover (you don't have to hover just until you aren't climbing) and you will gain a huge increase in accuracy and responsiveness.
PS. Just don't use the S-5s. The volume increase is NOT worth it. Just tap rocket series so you get 1-4 from each side and they'll serve you well.
Also, great point about it being heavy. I've found flying it like a plane. I.e. 90degree roll and pulling up to make a tight turn or to stop to net the best results. It has wings. Use em.
GG mate! thanks for the tips! mi 24 overall is a heavy boy and cant turn propperly, u can reduce the collective pitch and use the rudder controls to turn faster at speeds lower than 200 km/h, using roll rate is recommended
i have the MI-24P HFS-80 just because i want to grind heli tech tree easier, turns out, bunch of KA-50 just steal all the kills and hard to grind, its unfair. i think the current BR changes, i wont met KA-50 in ground RB but heli mission, still met the damn thing

so my only option is bringing 8 atgm and 2 rocket pods, which is good by itself but if there is KA- 50 they just steal kill everything
i can deal enemy base by myself depends on the map, if there are no cover, its just a lost cause, even i do that, KA-50 still gain more than me. ugh

The MI-24 A hind or the MI-25 as it was known as the export variant was terrifying and it saw a lot of use in the South African Border War
Also stood next to an MI-25 and it is huge, with a very small gunners cockpit which I probably shouldn't be saying that I've been inside

im about to get the mi24v, and with that the higher PVE br bracket ill be put in, with the scary Roland SPAA's whats your main strat in heli PvE you used to get it spaded?
so i went for the bases, it might be hard but what i do is that. i stay under 20 meters while going directly to rolands, (unless they hit u directly) the missile proxy fuzes wont work under 20 meters, and once you got closer than 400 meters of rolands, they wont fire at you, so feel free to get them, you can also ask your friends to help to get the SPAAs for ya

I was wondering why do you recommend that people play and spade the Mi-24A before buying the Mi-24D? I bought a talisman for the A variant when there was a sale and a week later they put up the D variant for sale soo I didn't bother buying it.
Don't get me wrong I love the Mi-24A its just that I am wondering why you recommend that people buy the D variant after spading the Mi-24A.

Thank you mah man! The thing is that, some ppl buy the mi-24D when they never experienced or even know the playstyle of it. Spading the MI24A, gives you enough time to experience how you play mi-24D, after that you can decide that if you like the mi24D playstyle or not, or if you want to grind the rest of the tech tree with the mi24s. Personally when i was a newbie i hated the mi24 helis cuz i had skill issue. Now i absolutely love it! Im not saying that mi24D or A sux. Its just that some might be disappointed with their purchase, cuz they havnt learned the heli properly. Spading the A helps that.
@@Bob_Dickinson Okay that makes a lot of sense. Personaly I love the Russian 8.7 lineup and I was thinking about maybe buying the Mi-24D as a SL grinder and as a bonus I could grind the heli tree since I just unlocked the Mi-24V. I am not really interested in the Ka-50 at the moment
@@TheCROHELLBOY that russsian linup is really good, if you like the MI24A, buy the MI24D when its available, it has much more appealing cockpit and propper frontal armor, and you dont have to grind everything again. it also has the lower BR heli PVE MM aswell and it will be much easier to farm SL with it, if u got boosters from Assault Air or ground arcade thats even better. pro tip that i got from my friend, if you want to turn really fast under 200 KMs with all the MI-24s, reduce the collective pitch, and use helicopter's momentum and Press the right rudder, it will turn really good.
