    It’s been pretty easy to prep with the list of low calorie foods you gave us. I just add proteins and perfect!

    But can you show how you track these things?? Like how to track the bagged salad without dressing or the fruits that don’t have a nutrition label?

    Great ideas you shared! I finally found a breakfast I enjoy. It’s an overnight oats with Greek yogurt and protein powder and I get about 47 grams of protein in! 👍 I am going to try the copped salad idea and add chicken to it for lunch.

      Make sure you weigh them out. It says 12 fries a serving but it’s way lower than that. I love them to but when I weighed them out it was about 6. Probably better cutting your own due to all the added ingredients. Good luck.

      @@darlenesummerford2871 thanks for the comment. I did weigh them out and it was literally nothing for one serving so I did 2 servings which was a bit more. I came too the conclusion that I’m better off just eating regular sweet potato lol. I will just eat these as more as a “fun” food for some weekends. A little healthier alternative.

    Hi Eric I just started to watch your videos and am finding them helpful but one thing I can’t find anywhere is if I know how many proteins are in 100g how do I work out what’s in less than that? Example I know there is 24 proteins in 100g but how much is in 15g? Please help ❤
