Wow I was really suprised by how good this figure looked! I always believed a Cybertron Bumbleebee would’ve ended up horribly, but to my surprise I think it looks better than the Netflix bumbleebee. I will definitely be getting this figure.
I absolutely love this thing. I was so happy when I found the last one at Target, and when I got to fiddling with him, I was SO happy. For such a specific figure, and for part of the Buzzworthy line, it's a great bumblebee. And I'm glad he actually came with his gun. Seriously, probably one of my favorite Bumblebee figures I've ever had the pleasure of owning

I got this today and it's even better than I expected. Sure it's kibbly and small, but it poses incredibly, it feels hefty for its size and even if the transformation is panel-heavy it's quite fun. Plus the novelty of getting episode 1 Bumblebee really does it for me.
I like how somehow this thing turns into a completely different v mode than a Beetle and yet it's overall more accurate to Bee's g1 look than the netflix toy.
So, I just recently bought this figure, and as it turns out, the tabbing issue actually has to do with how you orient bumblebee's head. If the head is facing inside, the crest takes up a bit more space, causing clearance issues, which is why they designed the head to be facing the ground when transformed.

I remember someone said that when his head is backwards his leg wings won’t lay flush. But yeah it reaaaaaally needed a peg or something. Hey PE, been awhile since I’ve commented. I just got one of these recently and was also pretty happy with it. Was originally a bit worried with how small it was but I at least feel the accessories help make up the price. And congrats on the 4K! I’ll always appreciate you for being my guide back into the world of Transformers.

I can’t even get over how good this is I can not get over how much I love this figure I’m basically playing with it 24/7 Edit after watching the reason the roof doesn’t go all the way down is because the head is backwards if you want it to tab in right you need to sacrifice not having visible head syndrome
I never thought I could like a Bumblebee toy this much ever again, with that character literally being everywhere for the past... How long ago was 2007? Anyway, this thing is freaking cool! One of my all-time favourite transformers is TR Cosmos, for the simple fact that it can transform AND shrink itself down into a sleek aerodynamic shape that's smaller than what you'd expect. This Bumblebee does just that, but at a higher level. I like these kinds of Transformers!
Hopefully my local stores will actually have some Transformers on the shelf again soon. I don't care about most of what's coming out but the 2 or 3 figures I actually want I REALLY want.
This may have been mentioned by someone else, but I wish the rods weren’t included. I’d much rather have had that plastic and parts budget going towards fixing some of the issues on the toy itself. Like the forearm gaps, for example.
Here's the thing, if they cut down the number of Rods by 1 they probably would have already had the plastic to fill in the fore arms, I don't think we lost anything due to the rods. I think they thought they were done with the figure, and then decided to throw in some box stuffers after.

I literally JUST got back from Target, happy to have found this guy as the first new Transformers figure I found in a while(As I haven't seen a HINT of Kingdom Wave 3 in my area despite Wave 2 being out for months on my end), and I find this video in my subscriptions as a happy little coincidence. And yeah, he's great. I actually quite like the Netflix figure(And I better, given how much I hated trying to find him), but there's a real good feel to this one. Pleased to see Buzzworthy Bumblebee has a signature toy that's not the utter garbage that Core class figure was.
I'm getting this for Xmas. It will be another great representation of another one of the most popular cartoon characters in media along with Siege Optimus Prime. If there is going to be a Buzzworthy Bumblebee Origins/Space Wheeljack, it must have opening hands like Optimus Primal.
I feel like most popular characters in fiction is a bit of an overstatement , I honestly think he's just been forced into that role by Hasbro never ever letting go of the attempts to make him popular.
I saw this figure at Target last week. The walk from the shelf to the register I kept thinking to myself, "I can't believe I'm about to buy this overpriced tiny piece of plastic". And then on the drive home, all I kept thinking was, "I can't believe I just wasted money on a tiny piece of overpriced plastic". But when I got home and opened up the box, started moving the figure around, and transforming him I was excited. I was impressed by the feet, legs, arms, body, transformation, and all-around pleased with the money I had just spent on this tiny overpriced yet way cool piece of plastic. The only things I would have liked to see added to this figure to make it even cooler would have been a wrist swivel, and a little clear stand that could peg into the bottom to hold up the spaceship mode. I'll be honest, when I clicked on your video I thought you were going to complain and talk shit about my new favorite figure. Gad to see this was a positive video. 😎👍
Of course this is a positive one. I have taste. And yeah there was a good bit of worry that this one was going to be another Hasbro grift, but no, this one is top tier.
I love this figure. It's what we should have gotten back in Siege (better late than never, though). It also gives me hope that we'll get a Cybertronian Jazz in the future.

I wasn’t sure if I did want this but now I do know, I want this. Perspective, you convinced me to get this and be satisfied that I get a bumblebee for my g1 collection and that it would be a good bumblebee figure
I like the cliff and bee through, they do parts form, which hurts it but, it doesn't bug me on those figures though because they are fun to handle to me.
Been hunting at my local Target in hopes for this. Last time I was there they had 4 ARKs but everything else was out of stock or your typical peg/shelf warmer. I can't wait to find this one and bring it home.
Considering all the seige ports it may of started life as a prototype for the seige toyline and hasbro just chickened out at the last moment and said everything had to be a car, especialy since the seekers are based of their g1 pre ark forms compared to everyone else being cyberpunked vehicals

Another great review, PE! I bought this figure, but I haven't cracked it open yet since I'm saving it as a treat for after I've moved into my dorm. This get's me super excited since it looks amazing!
The look I get from his head is a little like Brawn (who WFC seems to have forgotten about), what with the wide helmet. I think that Jetpack is the same mould they released for that accessory pack last year, make specifically for Sideswipe and Optimus (ER not Siege). It is properly awesome that we finally have an official Cybertronian Bumblebee after all these years.
I actually love how he looks from behind with the back kibble wings and love how the jet pack looks on him in both modes too...by the way, I'm sure someone else has mentioned it by now but the jet pack accessory is a homage to the first scene in part 1 of Dinobot lsland. I know a few characters used the jet packs in the second part but that first scene in part 1 with Bumblebee flying alongside Powerglide stands out as a memorable scene.
I have noticed in my figure that if you transforms him with the head rotated for not to see the face , the saucer mode does not closes well, so I let the head with the face watching ahead and since that side is not seen in the saucer mode it does not anoys ... I love this figure ... I have never been a fan of Bumblebee, I have never wished having the masterpiece either, but I saw this cybertronian mode and I said ... I need it! ... and I don't regret of getting him ♥
I’m happy for people that collect G1 to finally get a Cybertronian Bumblebee. The head seems off, and the kibble on the legs stick out like a sore thumb.
That is not the first time I've heard that. If it bothers you what some people have said helps is slowing the video down to .75% speed. I've listened to it like that and it sounds good basically no distortion.

Got my hands on a version of ER bee. At first I was all “well he’s better because he’s a volkswagen” and put him on my shelf. I went crawling back extremely fast
I thought that nothing good could come from the Buzzworthy Bumblebee line. But I have no problem with being wrong in this instance. I missed the Netflix Bumblebee, but this guy is totally worthy of being my primary G1 Bumblebee instead.

Picked this up with Tracks from Target a couple days ago....there were 7 more Bees and I nearly bought them all until I remembered what ToyGalaxy says about leaving one for the next collector. Fun little guy but I wish I had your one-off Wheeljack to go with him!
Yeah, I know some collectors who buy everything they run into so they can distribute them among each other and cut out the scalpers. It is both a good an an evil. On the one hand they are defeating the scalpers, but on the other, they are screwing the average person who popped their head in the store looking for something.
yea I'm pretty chill with the kibble too I painted the leg thingy black and I also painted the energon accessories edge's with yellow/golden paint And I like it alot more
What do you think about the Rise of the Beasts figures, they are actually from the Cyberverse toyline, because the movie is delayed to 2023. Optimus looks good, Primal is fantastic, Bumblebee is FINE

Honestly, I bought this figure together with decepticons forever ravage, and I assumed I’d leave him in the box just to have, or get him out, then put him next to my other autobots or something while I focused on ravage. I got him out, had a thought to try a running pose, and he just fucking took it, he can balance on one leg, arm out shooting, looking to the side with his other leg flailing behind him, I know it sounds dumb but god damn the stability and pose ability is absolutely stunning, definitely a new favourite, and I never gave a fuck about the autobots, let alone bumblebee before this. 10/10 considering his size and cost.
Kind of. Not really. They just wind up fighting alot because he's the Autobot who's always around. And Barricade has NOTHING to do with G1, so at that point wouldn't it make sense for almost ANY other Bumblebee figure to get the 2 pack treatment over this?

lol I mean no sense in partsforming if you're just gonna have a bunch of kibble handing off bits. Like it definitely couldn't NOT have kibble, but it doesn't look good in bot mode compared to the netflix version/cliffjumper. Probably the only time I'm actually gonna buy something just for alt mode. I also don't have a problem posing cliffjumper either, he's got big sturdy shoes the only difference is he doesn't have huge panels on the side of his legs
Now I want a evergreen bumblebee toy (the cyberverse deluxe one doesn't count) also I think that the reason this wasn't released in siege was because people were complaining how there were "too many bumblebees" and his head and face seems a bit too wide
I Agree with the head and face being too wide, and maybe that would motivate them to do that, but then they released the CJ retool in ER so it seems like they got over it fast.

Yeah, considering how out there the design was, and the compromises necessary to get it to have the altmode it needed, it's Amazing how it turned out.

it did only come with the Bazooka that came with the Cliff Huh.
I like the cliff and bee through, they do parts form, which hurts it but, it doesn't bug me on those figures though because they are fun to handle to me.
They just bother me so much, because I've seen that mold done well, and to know that they made a good mold worse just to change it bugs.
Been hunting at my local Target in hopes for this. Last time I was there they had 4 ARKs but everything else was out of stock or your typical peg/shelf warmer.
I can't wait to find this one and bring it home.

Considering all the seige ports it may of started life as a prototype for the seige toyline and hasbro just chickened out at the last moment and said everything had to be a car, especialy since the seekers are based of their g1 pre ark forms compared to everyone else being cyberpunked vehicals

The look I get from his head is a little like Brawn (who WFC seems to have forgotten about), what with the wide helmet. I think that Jetpack is the same mould they released for that accessory pack last year, make specifically for Sideswipe and Optimus (ER not Siege). It is properly awesome that we finally have an official Cybertronian Bumblebee after all these years.
I think I can agree to everything you just said. It does look like Brawn, I do think it's the same part, and it is awesome.
Fun fact: the jetpack actually fits the Earthrise Cliffjumper mold. So that's neat.
I assume it also fits the ER Optimus and most other figures with a center back peg.
On my copy, the head needs to be facing the floor in vehicle mode to get the top to stay flush. Great vid!

Yeah this thing is a stunner, and it deserves to replace most of the Bees in any collection.
I actually love how he looks from behind with the back kibble wings and love how the jet pack looks on him in both modes too...by the way, I'm sure someone else has mentioned it by now but the jet pack accessory is a homage to the first scene in part 1 of Dinobot lsland. I know a few characters used the jet packs in the second part but that first scene in part 1 with Bumblebee flying alongside Powerglide stands out as a memorable scene.

I have noticed in my figure that if you transforms him with the head rotated for not to see the face , the saucer mode does not closes well, so I let the head with the face watching ahead and since that side is not seen in the saucer mode it does not anoys ... I love this figure ... I have never been a fan of Bumblebee, I have never wished having the masterpiece either, but I saw this cybertronian mode and I said ... I need it! ... and I don't regret of getting him ♥
You are correct that indeed turned out to be my problem. And yeah, I'm not huge on Bumblebee either, but Space Bumblebee I'm all here for.

I’m happy for people that collect G1 to finally get a Cybertronian Bumblebee. The head seems off, and the kibble on the legs stick out like a sore thumb.

Picked this up with Tracks from Target a couple days ago....there were 7 more Bees and I nearly bought them all until I remembered what ToyGalaxy says about leaving one for the next collector. Fun little guy but I wish I had your one-off Wheeljack to go with him!
Yeah, I know some collectors who buy everything they run into so they can distribute them among each other and cut out the scalpers. It is both a good an an evil. On the one hand they are defeating the scalpers, but on the other, they are screwing the average person who popped their head in the store looking for something.

I painted the leg thingy black and I also painted the energon accessories edge's with yellow/golden paint

What do you think about the Rise of the Beasts figures, they are actually from the Cyberverse toyline, because the movie is delayed to 2023. Optimus looks good, Primal is fantastic, Bumblebee is FINE

Decent figure for me smooth alt mode but bad kibble on the legs and the BACKPACK which i don't like and pretty incredible posing.
You can remove all the kibble if you so chose, but for me that's not really an option, and personally it doesn't really bother me.

Yet another figure that deserves that trailer more than the Optimus.
Honestly, I bought this figure together with decepticons forever ravage, and I assumed I’d leave him in the box just to have, or get him out, then put him next to my other autobots or something while I focused on ravage.
I got him out, had a thought to try a running pose, and he just fucking took it, he can balance on one leg, arm out shooting, looking to the side with his other leg flailing behind him, I know it sounds dumb but god damn the stability and pose ability is absolutely stunning, definitely a new favourite, and I never gave a fuck about the autobots, let alone bumblebee before this. 10/10 considering his size and cost.

Damn it feels so bad not being able to replace Netflix Bee with this guy so easily where I live. Because of it's exclusive nature, I'm stuck with a subpar figure. Yes I can easily sell it because "Hurr durr it transforms into a beetle", but then I would have problems getting this guy.
Well just find this first then sell the other. Or keep both, you don't need to have just one Bumblebee, especially when they are both different.
His beetle mode was underneath the space car in the episode

lol I mean no sense in partsforming if you're just gonna have a bunch of kibble handing off bits. Like it definitely couldn't NOT have kibble, but it doesn't look good in bot mode compared to the netflix version/cliffjumper. Probably the only time I'm actually gonna buy something just for alt mode.
I also don't have a problem posing cliffjumper either, he's got big sturdy shoes the only difference is he doesn't have huge panels on the side of his legs
Personally I think it looks solid in Robot mode, but if you don't like it, I'd still say you should give it a try.
Now I want a evergreen bumblebee toy (the cyberverse deluxe one doesn't count) also I think that the reason this wasn't released in siege was because people were complaining how there were "too many bumblebees" and his head and face seems a bit too wide
I Agree with the head and face being too wide, and maybe that would motivate them to do that, but then they released the CJ retool in ER so it seems like they got over it fast.
