I love the overlay graphics for the muscles. Excellent visual! Another great video. Plus, I shared the no talking video you uploaded last week with my friend as a recommendation to check out your channel. He thought it was cool.

So great Spencer. Also helps us as customers understand areas of discomfort or pain so we can better communicate that to a massage therapist. Thank you!
You are both a great masseur and great teacher.

Hi Spencer
Great video as I'm a student, it helps me to understand. The graphics help to understand as well. Thank you.
This was fantastic. Subbed
.....excellent video
Great video. :) thanks.
Your video are educative and I learned so much from you... 👏
Thanks for another great video, I think I'm going to ask my therapist to work on my ql muscle because that's where I get the worse back pain. I think she gets caught up with my glute and hip area. Don't get me wrong she has gone deep into my low back and I feel nothing but when I massage it myself, omg, there's so many sore and tight areas. Maybe it's because I'm standing when I do it. Either way I'll discuss it with her next time xx
very nice! thank you.
Brilliant
Amazing massage, you are incredible, pity you don't live in the UK.
Very good video. The graphics showing muscles are helpful. Well presented :)
I like the way u explain especially about the muscle you hit..
Do you have any tutorial for wrist and hand massage?
Hi Spencer! Great video!
Thank you!
Tksssss...
Always good to hit abdominals for low back pain. Rectus abdominus and Psoas major are a big part of low back pain. The deep erector spinae group (multifidi and rotatores) is also good to hit up. I like to upwardly rotate the scapula (client's arm is hanging at the top of the table) to hit some of the erectors that like to hide underneath the scapula. Pecs can be a culprit for a lot of upper back pain as well.
What a great video If you ask me to recall one muscle that you said I would never be able to do it, where do they come up with these bizarre names.
These words should be on a spelling day
I wish I could get a massage from you.. I can tell you know what you are doing just by looking at you hands moving! Your voice and the way you talk also relax me for some reason!! WHY are you so far from me?? :(
Hey Spencer.
Great job as allways.
What tool did you use for this awesome video?
I mean this spectecular optical muscle layers.. (you know what I mean). Please Tell me.
I am a fan of your Videos since I decided to do the same (simular) and figured that there is no good stuff in german.
Allthough having 30 years of experience in selfemployed massage business and coaching in Kickboxing and Boxing and all that stuff,...
I was impressed of what you did and how when I ran over your videos.
Honestly, I don't even know the names for all these muscles, but I unconsciously did all this massage to my client like it's already in my blood to know where the muscle is, and where the points at. I was also surprised.
Hi, my friend having shoulder blade muscle problem. So this is the massage for him?
how to do a massage in under 5 min. nice.
Spencer your Instagram link does not seem to work. Great vids man :)
Thanks a lot! Great quality content as always! Have a great day, Namasté!
I love to go to masseus's they get the rhomboid
Hey! I am you new subscriber and I am not a massage therapist. I like massaging people (I have medical BG) but I am confused because some saying that we need to massage downward (to our bum) not upward because all muscle are going downward. which one is correct and can you explain to me too why? Thanks a lot!
If you do swedish massage techniques, you can do both ways. In some other techniques, some say it will calm your client to massage downward and give him/her more energy to massage upward.

What do you thinking of Chinese dry cupping, and the massage with them?
Can I have a chance to massage you Spencer if you can vacation here? I would love to get to trade massages and learn from getting to work on you. I have some very relaxing massage skill and I think you will feel so good from it pls consider. Your tutorials are remarkably great
Hey man what happened to your intro? It is part of your channel’s personality in my opinion
