Had my unit for two weeks.. the steering controls worked for a week and have now stopped working… what next?? Can’t get hold of any customer support..

My e46 has a 17 pin connector, will this work without issues or do i need a 40 pin connector?

Is that climate control panel you mounted at the bottom the original one, or one from a model with factory navigation.

Does it fit good and safe (clicked in) or has it a little bit space and "can move"?
@@valentinkloth3895 Hi friend. It depends on your car. Most customers have reported that their car fits good. There are also customers have reported that it is a bit loose and the installation using a kit is more stable.
It has some gaps round the climate control panel, but it does not move around at all.@@valentinkloth3895

How can I know if I have a 17 pin or 40 pin without taking the unit out to check?
