- Join me for a quick tour of our new model kit of the SeaQuest DSV from the 1993 TV series of the same name.
The kit is cast in white resin and includes parts for displaying the EVA doors in either open or closed position, and the rear fins either extended or retracted.
40.25" overall length, it's a perfect size for either display or R/C conversion (stay tuned for that!)
Check out this and many other projects at www.nautilusdrydocks.com
Thanks for watching!

DUDE ! I loved this show !!!
She's beautiful!!! I'd love to have her at that size.
This thing is amazing!
I'd love to have an affordable display model for my shelf since I'm a retired U.S. Navy Submariner.
man that was my favorite show growing up. I would love to buy one but i know nothing about model submarines. I've always wanted to learn. if you did a video series building the static model I would buy one first thing.
Impressive.
Sweet Channel! Great Videos!
never knew it was a tv show I knew it only as the sega genesis game. learn something new everyday.
scair7331 ----- it's out on DVD now, your probably like it!

Wow looks amazing!
So awsome bob
Does the model come assembled or do you have to build it yourself?
you had my attention at the title "SeaQuest"
I want one Bob
Just went to your site but they are sold out. Anymore coming?
i love the show but is there going to be another sea quest dsv if theirs another show it won't be the same with out Jonathan
Any news on Building the SeaQuest DSV an R/C Model [Part3] and [Part 4]
i just had a look on your website.Kit unavailable :(
Molds are tired and the entire kit needs to be re-molded. Lots of other things going on, but it's on my to-do list. Shoulda moved faster! ;)
Two things can The rudders be closed, and can the base be custom done??
The fins can be fully articulated. Not sure what you mean about the custom base. It is what it is as it comes with the kit.
beautiful model, can't wait to see the rc version! I've built a 3d printer and was curious if anyone could help point me in the right direction to get( buy) the STL files from the scans taken. the printer I scratch built has a 2 cubic ft. build area! I actually thought I could maybe print it in 2 PCs! thanks.
Hello sir, do you still offer the 1:300 scale Seaquest DSV model?
No, sorry. You're out of luck. I hope to offer the STL files soon, however.
Bob, you amaze me! Almost all of my favorite subs are ones you worked up. I just watched an episode from the series and it got me wondering about a plastic kit. I looked it up and....what do ya know? The RCSubGuy has one lol. Not only did you create the kit but, needless to say, I can't even try to resist watching the build up you've got posted here. Seaview, Nautilus, and the list goes on. I do have one question though. Have you done or do you plan to do a version of the Proteus from Fantastic Voyage? Love your work, love your channel man. Keep on sailin.
I always wondered if you did seaQuest, I loved that show as a kid! but finding those kits years ago was an overpriced nightmare. looks great though!
After the show left the air, there were SeaQuest model kits at KB toy stores for 5 bucks. I bought several and built them. I still have them somewhere. It's amazing that those same kits I bought for so cheap are priced so high now.
How can you be a teenager when Knight Rider 1982 and Sea Quest 1993 aired?
Will not come up on your sight how much is it
Out of production. Sorry. You missed out.
Next up: Yellow Submarine!
Where can I find the speeder model?
If you email me at sales@nautilusdrydocks.com, I can hook you up. Let me know what scale/size you're after. I have speeder, launch and stinger resources.
@@RCSubGuy What about the Specter Subfighter?
Now you're getting greedy. Sorry. No.... ;)
i want one i have the original small model somewhere.
Someone should make a workable sub patterned after this sub.
Taint Meat this is another youtuber that is making a working model. rapid nation I believe.
NICE thanks a lot.
