Before watching this video I had woven a twill on my rigid heddle loom with three heddles. Not knowing how to do it I had my front heddle as the floating one. I think this was a lucky mistake as it was very easy to lift it up or down and then beat without having to get it out of a heddle block.
I liked your video. Not everyone is a film star the first go. But I would like to see your work sheet close up and how you labeled it to compare it to a shaft loom working pick sequence. Thanks.

I enjoyed your video very much. Two questions. What are you using for your warp threads and weft thread? Also, are you using a floating selvedge?
