    Great to see you are teaching homemaking skills and work ethic to your children. I wish more parents did and those who do would speak up. Keep it up. I have enjoyed the series. Increase and strength to you.

    I think it's great that you have your children doing housework. I was doing vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes from about 6 yrs old, as both my parents worked full time. It meant that when I moved into my own home, I could maintain it and keep it clean with no problems.

      Exactly. It’s like a lost art today, the ability to manage a household. 😫

      My Mom was a stay-at-home Mom like Annie but she put us to work from a young age too. I did the same with my kids.

    Thank you 💖 I'm watching your planner videos for two day. Love it so much, though I'm not able to keep a planner. But I really wish I had something to write in it😅

    I'm so grateful for your practical advice. My first year of planning was spent NOT planning properly because I focused on pretty. My planner still has pretty things but I no longer bother with much beyond colorful pens and some washi. This has allowed me to use one planner for my business and home. BTW, you are so wise to homeschool in these times--you can teach your children what they truly need to know.

      Ah yes, the constant battle between the pretty and the functional. We’ve all been there.
      Thank you for your kind words. ☺️

    Good afternoon Annie. I just recently started using a traveler's notebook and have a craft paper notebook in it that I use as an art journal. I find that incorporating art within my journaling really channels my creativity. I also have both a weekly and monthly calendar that I use to track my appointments and crafts I have planned each week. The lined notebook in my tn in used to write down a scripture each day that speaks to my heart. I just love having everything in one planner that I can carry in my purse. Thanks for sharing your planner experiences. Hoping you have a glorious beautiful and blessed week!

      That sounds like a great TN set up. I do love having as much as I can in one book too. Doesn’t always work that way, but it’s my favorite way to plan 😆

    Thanks so much for answering my question re the cleaning tracker! I also use the fly lady lists and system but I'm going to go through them again since things have changed...my kids are now grown and moved out so there are different tasks to be done and generally less of them! Ha ha

    Hello, I know this video is old, but I'm curious, do you move that same task list from day to day in your planner??

    • @AnnieSmithawifenmother
      @AnnieSmithawifenmother  3 года назад

      I’m trying to remember, I think I did move some of it. Maybe not all of them. I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful but I cannot remember my thought process from back then 😆😆😆
