Excellent video again. I like to top off the gas tank (less condensation), add some Sta-Bil and over inflate the tires by 20 lb's before putting my mower away for the winter.
I have heard undercoating or painting under a vehical already exposed to rust and corrosion just seals it in the metal and makes things worse, according to many forums I have read into the best solution is to coat the underside of your vehical with fluid film which is an oily substance that will occasionally have to be re applied but it supposedly stops oxygen from getting to the metal which then helps stop corrosion from spreading. I did it to my truck and so far so good look it up maybe it's worth a shot

The mower runs great and I alway keep a good eye on the oil. Anyway I'm good on doing just about anything on cars but don't know much on mowers and trying to find a company around here that works on mowers to call you back is ridiculous. I can post some photos of the leak. Also is there a product like a additive I could try.

Started it and it showed no leak so I thought I had fixed the problem but nope start leaking again. It's not the head gasket. It's strange because I see the oil dripping from the 7th fin back on the head and it's at the bottom because the top is dry. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have the same problem with my mower. Tire bead sealer works well. Sand works it's way into the bead and the tire loses pressure. Bead sealer stops it.
Tireject isnt something ''special'' or new or whatever. I've used it for year and years... But I am from The Netherlands :P But I think the stuff they also give with new cars to fix your car wheel instead of a replacements wheel is the same. But you cant drive with it because you are not allowed to go faster than 50kmph with that stuff because the wheel isn't perfectly balanced anymore.

Or for under $10 you can put a carlisle tube in the tire, problem solved. Never put that crap in your tire, it will always leak again and actually promotes rust on the inside of the rim and most shops, mine included won't touch after that stuffs in there. Lawnmower tires aren't near the amount of plys an automobile tire is.
Any JD deck I have ever seen has sealed bearings with grease zerts from the factory I do realize that defeats the purpose but just how I found them .... thanks enjoying

Well yeah but zero turns are good too but when you beat them all to hell they won’t work I bet your garden tractor would break if you were to beat it up

Wes's little Z425 is NOT a commercial grade mower, nor is it sold as or ever been portrayed as one. It's really just a "homeowner special" zero turn machine. Still it's not a bad little machine. Ya know nothing lasts forever, particularly when you don't take good care of it and keep things regularly lubricated. (No way he kept those spindles greased regularly... Did you see the rust and dirty shit grease coming out of that center spindle when TIm took the blade and spindle cover off? Yeah... Anyhow, I've seen those spindles go thousands of hours without fail when properly lubed and kept clean.) So please, don't talk smack about a company and their "stamped decks" when you really don't know what you are talking about. Do a little research first. Not to mention, ya get what you pay for in this day and age. Again, that ain't no commercial grade machine. BTW, Toro makes some good stuff, no doubt about it. But, be prepared to DIG REAL DEEP when it comes to parts & repairs. Parts are downright outrageous for Toro, Jacobsen, and Cushman... just to name a few of the "big boys" in mowing with very high price tags. Deere is one of the more "reasonable" ones out of them all. I know what I'm talking about, been in the industry a long time.

yeah kubota zero turns has 3 engines options too wich nice plus it can run a dozer and plow blade on it too now its comming out with there new walk behind kubota mowers in january 2016 and they now have new kubota m5 series heavy duty tractor wich there selling about $51,000.00 wich not bad for big 89hp to 111 hp

Undercoating a rusting truck won't stop the spread. Got to do it right off the assembly line.

Mower spindle bearings can be replaced. Get the number off the old bearing and order it. There should be a store selling bearings.

I would just fill the tires with foam, most tire shops will do it for ya. Never have to worry about filling the tires with air again.

kubota has no stamped decks for the 38''42''36''48'',54'',50'',60'',72'' and 74'' decks wich all these kubota sizes decks are build solid
