Thanks for a very informative video. That old belt may have been longer from being stretched out but, your lubricating and cleanup of the area was spot on. Thanks again for going through the process.
Just a heads up, there is a 3/8 square drive hole in the swivel pulley for putting a breaker bar or ratchet in to pull against the spring for final belt install. Good video , it helped me alot for belt routing. I had a pulley bearing fail and it shredded the belt, threw the spring somewhere and i had to replace the pulley bolt and big washer. 118 dollars just for parts thanks again video sure helped
Appreciated viewing and listening to this video replacing deck belt on JD Z445 Zero Turn. The tricks of only loosening pulleys when possible is a pro tip. One more tip is coat the underside of the deck with spray lithium grease or similar to displace rust plus debris will slide right off. It won't last forever but it lessens build up for a while.
I put a bungie to hold the bar up on the front of the deck...It keeps it up and out of the way of pulling the deck out and putting it back under. Extra hand so to speak.
Hey, yeah, a 96 Mustang. Love that car. It was given to me, believe it or not. I've got some repair videos about it on my channel, if you want to check them out. Thanks for the note.
Wow your bearings are really holding a lot of heat with all that crap on the deck, leave the covers off and take a leaf blower and clean after mowing! It only takes a minute and saves a ton of headaches!
Guys, YaH The Heavenly FATHER (Genesis 1) HIMSELF was Who they Crucified/Pierced for our sins and “HERE IS THE PROOF” From the Ancient Egyptian Semitic: "Yad He Vav He" is what Moshe (Moses) wrote, when Moses asked YaH His Name (Exodus 3) Ancient Egyptian Semitic Direct Translation Yad - "Behold The Hand" He - "Behold the Breath" Vav - "Behold The NAIL"
Nope. It's an old, unreliable torque wrench that I picked up at a yard sale. I've never used it as a torque wrench. I have demoted it to breaker bar status whenever I need some extra leverage.

Uhhh if they don't give a $hit about keeping it clean why would I? Unless you factored it in as part of the job or the customer requested it. Get the job done and get to next one.

Not my mower. But you're right. Keep your mower deck clean, people!
I thought for sure that phone was toast when you engaged the blades. LMAO
I'll have to re-watch the video, as I don't recall what you're referring to....
@@Buckwsr at the very end when you engaged the blades with the phone staring at the exir on the deck.
Guys,
YaH The Heavenly FATHER (Genesis 1) HIMSELF was Who they Crucified/Pierced for our sins and “HERE IS THE PROOF”
From the Ancient Egyptian Semitic:
"Yad He Vav He" is what Moshe (Moses) wrote, when Moses asked YaH His Name (Exodus 3)
Ancient Egyptian Semitic Direct Translation
Yad - "Behold The Hand"
He - "Behold the Breath"
Vav - "Behold The NAIL"
thanks buddy!
Seems like they simplified this for later models.
Thank you
Using a torque wrench as a breaker bar? Bad idea!

How many dam commercials do you need in 5 minutes?
