When I was 17, I moved into my own little apartment, I bought some furniture etc. Then 7 months later I lost my job, I lost my apartment and everything I bought,. I said "I'll never do this again, after that "I will own anything I live in", including my vehicles, so if I loose job or business, everything is

I also was a Repo agent, so I know how it feels, when you can't pay and you loose something you have money invested in.
yup that's what i do i try not to finance anything that requires more than 3 months to pay that way i know for sure that if i lose my job and i have and almost lost my house now paid off i can pay it off
I'm a 61 year old man, I learned a long time ago, don't finance anything! Don't run up credit cards , pay them off every month, learn to live below your means! I own everything I have, nothing financed, no credit cards, cash is king ( for however it lasts) not sure what I'll do if this Fed NOW CBDC comes into effect, guess if you don't comply you starve. I'm not rich by any means, but I've been debt free for about 30 years now, dont have a clue what my credit score is. Just saying!

I would love to see the factorty where they build these buildings and how that is done . I remember LONG AGO when I was in High School(1970-1973) a friends dad was building thiny homes and was doing really well until the Builders caught on and put in so many new laws it killed what he was doing . SAD !

It is crazy that people buy this to save money but still end up losing it. Hope the company that builds these can survive the loss on units like this. I would love to find one like this for my off-grid property in Montana. Good luck guys, Mike

🤣🤣 they're making ton of money off of repo shacks, the down payment people have to pay before can deliver it. The thieves are very busy these days, but the weak minded doesn't see it.
They certainly are not taking any losses.

To Repo any property including cars there has to be evidence of trying to get payments and it clearly it states the consequences if payment isn’t paid. Unfortunately, people usually can’t get enough money together to stop repo. As it is there was hardly any work done on the inside. Repo Companies are hired to retrieve the property. Are not usually owner of the company for which sold it. Of course that company could sold the building with pie in the sky promise of it will costs you so much to build it out with incentives if you buy it today … sales pitch. Just car sales.
It doesn't look like they had that house long enough to miss any payments

There is a lot of people not paying the bill. You buy the shed you pay for the shed.

This jobs are dangerous because owners are pissed 😤 off you are taking it but when they are being delivered to their property they receive you with open arms and all excited 😊.
Tell me about it!!..thats why i sold my rental house..they always find any little excuse to not pay rent,, and all this was before the virus,,,i cant imagine now all those landlords having tenants without paying rent,, mann i was lucky!!!

Yes, it's a shame that they don't have more laws. To stop them from doing this. But that's rent to own type companies. Need to get better laws in place to make them better. I guess that's why I would pay. Cash of Front That way I didn't have to worry about nobody coming and taking it

The 1st one is just lovely. I would love to have it. If one must loose their shed or shed to home then it's nice to see a decent guy
go and talk with them and or help them clean out the building I know some just don't want to make their payments and those are the ones who should loose these sheds but there are some down on their luck
and it seems the company will work with them if possible. Great job Jesse and family you alway do your job showing respect I'm sure that is why these companies call on you so often you are the face of repo it's nice to have a good person and his family holding down that job.
