Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

I'm still amazed at what that Mule is capable of doing. It uses the weight of the shed through the T-bar to gain traction. I know you are wanting to get the sheds out of the neighborhood as quick as possible and when you have a little mishap like the track coming off, the anxiety factor goes up quickly. Another great video, thanks for sharing it with us.
I, too, am totally fascinated by the things that mule can do. I watch trying to figure out weight balances and angles, etc. Josh and Sarah are a great team!

That shed actually looked really nice. Put directly onto the soil, it would have a rotted floor after 10-20 years.The property shaped after a landfill, as usual. That poor mule never got any love. Poor sod.

I have a friend who did that. I at least finally convinced her to take the seat lid off. I was trying to convince her to also take the tank off. Don't think that one worked, though. To top it off, it's that hideous blue from the 60s or 70s. She wants me to make her a vinyl decal that says "flower pot". 🙄🙄🙄🙄🤭

I never thought sheds and decks could be repoed until I found this channel. I ordered my storage shed from Amazon for $618.28. Paid in full. I didn't know that sheds had payment plans. Do you guys ever do above ground pool repoes? After seeing deck repo. I'd think above ground pools could possibly be on a payment plan. 🤔🤷🏻♀️
We have not done pools but it happens.
They took "stimulus" money to rent a shed....instead of fixing up..or buying a good used camping trailer....get rid of other stuff!!...that mini airstreem...is very valuable to collector..."good money"....
I like your videos and the experiences you share. I do find the deep hum of the truck a bit annoying in the background of your audio. I do mute and use CC for the noisy parts. Just an FYI. You do amazing work in some very difficult situations. Level headed.

Just curious how you can cut down limbs off of trees on somebody’s property. And there is no repercussion granted this property looked rundown. But if I go on my neighbors property with a mini chainsaw and start cuttinglimbs off his trees.
