Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

This one is an interesting scenario. Usually it's some country back road in the middle of nowhere where you have to hunt down the shed and it's abandoned or fairly easy to get. This is right off from the road and they're giving you a hard time with every excuse in the book for why you can't get it. Why would someone else's truck be magically parked there AND it doesn't run? I know that people fall into hard times, but a lot of their lifestyles also cause those hard times; the lying doesn't help and shows what kind of person they are and aren't.

It kills me that people have these nice sheds but don’t pay. We would love to have a big shed and we would pay just don’t have the funds up front. When we give our word to someone in an agreement, that’s supposed to be our bond. I’m glad it worked out safely for you.

Yup .. If a devious mind didn't want the shed repo'd and there just happened to be a large 'disabled' vehicle parked right up to it on one end and a swamp on the other and a set of keys FOR the above mentioned vehicle just happened to be on another key ring that has nothing to do with the aforementioned vehicle and those keys were at work with a person that wasn't going to be coming home for some time .. well yup ..

Company’s fault for not doing better credit check. Most of these repos are from messy property’s in the middle of no where!
They knew there’s a repo coming, daughter still loading stuff in, truck still in the way. Not helpful.
Big mistake for the RTO in not trying to make a deal with a potential customer. Sitting in the lot waiting for a higher offer is foolish. pssst: you need to carry at least one traffic cone for your safety and your truck's safety.
My algorithm suggestion: First arrived. I'd hook a chain to it, drag it out, throw the stuff out (or not) and load it to leave. Eaglegards...

I was thinking the same thing about it's contents.
There could be all kinds of lose objects in it or a riding mower.
Trying to pull a shed of that size with heavy things rolling around would have been a disaster.

Got a chuckle when the fellow stopped wanting to buy the shed. It's the second time I've seen it happen. That family was just being mean. It just stuck out all over when they opened their mouths. Everything happens for a reason.

Confused, Dude didn't buy the shed... Still you didn't share the cost. "Not your business" at the end says the yard is over run with sheds to "come buy some". estimated costs could help that matter. But, thats not our business. 🤔🤔

So Josh, you said the resale price wasn't the viewer's business. I understand privacy but if the shed is for sale, why shouldn't viewers know? You might get a sale although you might want to ask for a commission.

You should look up how predatory these shed places are. They make money off of people defaulting on their payment and get to sell the same shed over and over again, hardly discounting it much each time. There are videos on here breaking it down, or you can Google it. It's certainly sad. As skilled as these men are it's a shady business practice as a whole.
If you want to know the price, you can always talk to the dealer. He isn't in the business of reselling sheds, just repossessing them if I'm not mistaken. What I pay for a new or used car/shed is none of your business, just as what you paid for your car/shed is none of my business.

My husband have enjoyed watching your videos, until today. At the end of this one you made that smart "A-s" remark about why you didn't give the price of the shed. You said, "because it's none of your business", while none of the viewers needed to know, you could have just said the prospective buyer thought it was too much money. You came across as being a cocktail, smaet-ass! While it's none of our business what you say or do, it is our business if we continue to watch your videos.
Patsy--WOW! I pray that your skin thickens ever so slightly soon. Josh's remark/crack was just a regular off-the-cuff thing that I, and I'm sure MANY other people, make every day. Maybe try to lighten up a bit? :)

Sharring pricing is our business, You promote them for sale then tell us it is not our business. Humn not good.
I didn't mean to be rude but I see it came of that way, I choose not to share the price because I didn't know if the RTO company would like that.
