Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

I'm a cross country semi driver. On the Indian reservations I've seen many people living in sheds,they cut a hole in the roof and put in a wood burning stove. No electricity or running water.

The minute I heard her say she planned to sell the shed she didn't yet own, I was like OH NO!!! Repo it ASAP!! It won't be there when you next go to pick it up. 😮

Lol y'all are so wrong though. You can sell whatever you want, even if you're making payments on something or "not" making payments like all of the people in the videos. The thing is, if you sell the item that's being "leased" or "rented", as long as you sell it for more than you owe & pay off what you owe, you can pocket the rest. That's exactly what I did with my 2020 civic Si a year and a half ago. Financed it for 42k out the door, paid it down to 21k & sold it for 27k so I was able to pocket 6k after paying the car off to Honda Finance💁🏼♀️ yes, I lost A LOT of money doing it that way especially with the thousands I dumped into that car to make it fast☹️
??? It's called financing. With your logic you wouldn't be able to sell a car or your house until you've paid it off and ha e the deed / title. This happens every day.
I was today years old when I learned that shed repoers are a thing. I also never realized just how many folks live in sheds. I guess it makes sense with the way the economy is and how expensive it is to rent a house or apartment.

You can't sell the building without it being paid for.They put that in the contract when you rent/lease it.

Yeah the theme is that like buy here pay here with cars, 20% interest makes renting to own the sheds very lucrative. The difference is cars have titles, and rarely do people resort to living in them.

Hi Josh I used to work for a fencing company delivering materials sometimes they wouldn’t even have any idea what street or road where the addresses but they will tell you drive down the street you’ll see a white shed in the front yard with two cars that’s not the house go down to more blocks and the house is on the right very confusing and if you deliver it to the wrong place it’s all your problem unbelievable can’t I’m so happy I’m retired love your videos it’s really good when your wife is with you I just love seeing you both work together and see how much love you have for each other may God bless you , Cliff from Logan city Queensland Australia from the big island

I had similar situations when I was delivering bricks by 18 wheeler. When I asked the customer if I can get in & out ok, the usual response was "Yeah, UPS trucks come here all the time". It doesn't compute, in their minds, that I'm driving a day cab tractor with a 45' flatbed trailer.
FYI, just soak a couple of paper towels with the hornet spray and block the hole with it. The fumes will get them in a few minutes. No need to drown them in the stuff. Your can will last longer, too. The same method works when they nest up out of reach in your eaves. I tape a 6" funnel on a paint extension pole, stuff the soaked paper down in it and push it up covering the nest. No ladders, no escape.
It's sad the way people live.

My daughter was diagnosed with cancer and my heart is weeping for the girl losing her home. I pray she goes through FULL Remission and another door opens for her.
Out of all your videos that I have binge watched in the past couple of days, this one broke my heart. Normally, I don't feel sorry for people that get the repo man hunting them down and taking their shit, but this one...man, I don't know. Got me in the feels. I hope she recovers and goes on to lead a healthy, enriched life. I wish her the best.
Yea breaks my heart when someone is living in one and it gets repoed. The one with the 2 children and their mom was real heartbreaking. The little boy was so pitiful.
We never know how it is to live in someone else’s shoes. I’m reading some very unsimpapthic comments here. You don’t know what each person has to bear in their lives. She seemed to be alone, uncaring mother and a pack of troubles.
Another one watched with my boys and we were talking about how kind you are putting their stuff down nicely and my son said you are selfless (he’s 12)
People do what they got to do. I lived in a truck bed camper through winter in the back of my friends house. Til I could get going again.

As far as I'm aware, when you rent, you do not own the property and you cannot sell the property in order to pay what you owe. The rental company can refuse acceptance of the money given to them under those circumstances since whatever rental money she owed them would never cover the actual cost of the property itself. They would be able to sue her for the value of the property and even have her arrested since she would have stolen their property by selling it for profit, even if her intent was to hand over that money to them for what she owed them.
My God what a tangled and unnecessary mess. Pay what you owe and if you find that you can no longer afford it, give it up and return it. But trying to sell something that is not yours legally is theft.
If the second people sell those big ass tires in the yard they can make a couple of payments. Amazing….they all have new cars but can’t or won’t make a payment.

That type of addiction is real SODA POP it's currently a huge problem in several countries.. where do you expect us to live at ..you can get all that shit certificate and id . You mommy has an id to drive the car she uses to go to work .get id get in waiting ....this life is not easy we know this ..I have absolutely nothing and I fight every day to eat ..by going to food pantry and making all my appointments with county programs that keep me from becoming homeless hard but that's reality I'm far from able bodied and far from able to provide for myself. But I use the resources available and keep socializing not hide in a terd pile and make excuses..... Help each other and always remember anyone can give solutions and recommendations but you have to make some sort of effort .from the bottom there's nowhere to go but up good luck to anyone who is suffering this type of lifestyle

When I first rented my shed. The contract said i will not live or use as a residence. I just made my last payment and feels great

The majority of these repos are junk filled places with several vehicles sitting in the yard with all kinds of toys and that fencing didn’t come cheap! It’s all about priorities and responsibilities!

There's people living in cars,vans, buses etc.If you have spare time please volunteer at your local homeless outreach,shelter or food pantry it's truly eye opening

I know in the repo business you hear lots of stories. I did when i was repoing vehicles. My point is the lady that says she has cancer, I really hope she is not just saying that for sympathy. I do not wish cancer on anyone and we hear of these stories where women claim they have cancer but do not just to benefit themselves. I really hope she makes it through this and again I hope she is not lying.
I'm chronically ill and have been sick for 20 yrs. I'm currently really struggling with a huge wound on my leg that's really a struggle. I'm not diabetic it's caused from one of my immunocompromised conditions. It pisses me off when people lie about cancer or anything else they may lie about it makes the rest of us look bad. I need help but can't get anything bc of people like that.

Hay Josh. For killing bees and any bugs, use BREAK CLEAN. You can get it the auto parts store. It will kill them so fast they won't even know their dead . I had one flying straight at me, and I hit him and he dropped to the ground instantly. And it won't leave an oily residue when you're done. I have been using it for year's and once you try it you will be sold on it to. It takes all the oils out of them. P.S love watching you in action. You don't screw around and just get it done. Ok be safe.

Spectracide Pro seems to be the best wasp& hornet spray. Knocks them out of the air. Keep up the good work. I probably would not have the patience it takes for that job when I was still working.
There are a couple brands that do the same thing. Spectracide is the cheapest. I know, because I use it also.

We are in a mess as a nation. Don’t finance a shed, don’t use credit cards, buy a used car and try to pay cash for it. It’s rough out there but we can minimize the effects of life.

Without proof of ownership there is no court case. The rent to own place should put a serial number in a hidden place on the shed.
How do you know there isn't. Most have at least one but most have more then one marking.

These days, everything is tracked. Facebook messages, text messages. So if i bought something & someone is asking for it, then im showing all the communications i have with the person i bought the item from.
Also im surprised they done serial # the sheds. You would think they (the builders) would install ID tags/serial #s somewhere etc etc
May have broken because it was just setting on the dirt. Might be why the roof is leaking to. Shed settled uneven.
