I already switched to tempest soon as I seen your video saying wiz was dead. They have similar legendary gems and I’m not regretting switching to tempest. Killing it in BG.
@@etherealglide same here never switched. Wiz had a good run lol. But tempest is just too OP to ignore. They’ll nerf it I haven’t gotten rid of any of my wiz stuff tho. Like charms etc. so if they bring wiz back I may switch back. But tempest can do damage and take hits. Wiz can just damage. Glass cannon at its finest.
I finally found my first new piece of essence for all the new essences last night right before logging off & after farming since update with no results. Hopefully I get better results today so I can try this new build and have some fun with it. One thing I wanted to add is that this set combined with the new green set "Prayer for Endwinter" takes it to a whole other level & definitely go together for this Wizards build. So far I only have the new chest essence and four piece green & I already noticed, this will definitely be fun being a pain in BG.
Running four ice and four aug, having fun in pvp, cr and pve content. The freeze screws up a lot! Lol freezing peeps with fiery disintergrate is joyous.

The only wizards struggling in pvp are the 'fake' battle mages. You lose pretty much all controlling for more damage? PvP is more about control, and like Necros have in fear, wizard has more in freezing opponents, both 'total' loss of control.
It's not OP, first of all it's JUST for PC players, when you have an additional keyboard. Never even you can push primary attack and every second your scorch and other skill every 5-8sec with your thumb alone. I tried and failed. For smartphone users only, how the game was developed, basically only the new chest essence is useful a bit, but not so strong in pvp. Barbs, crusaders and tempests are just immune to CC most of the time and kill instantly such a mage.
Dunno about tempest that much, but I've only seen Barbarian demoralize essence with imunity to cc and knockbaks, with efficience. They can still use the extra life and other stuff. Crusaders do have an immunity to cc, but in detriment of immunity to damage, either one or the other with CoL.
The freeze power of wizard will serve tempest since they are like so fast so at least the next time they see wizard they will change their mind directly dive in without waiting for wizard to cast those refrigerator power hehehe

Me too lol. I was main mage from the beginning and I never changed classes. The best decision I made with tempest

Temptest skills are op try alley of blood against a couple temptests you can see their skills are much stronger then the other character skilksb
I am still on wizard and I enjoy it soon giving a month everyone will still go back to there class when tempest get nerf

Struggling in PvP? Simple solution,switch to Monk n owns.

not yet, still farming dungeons for all sets for inferno 1
If u get the set try all 6 together, 4 is good but trust me and combine it with the new ice essences

Talking about mostly pve. PVP i did say we will get whooped still from tempest as they have immunity to all CC every 5sec.
