- Hey my Immortal Nerds! After taking care of oustlak chains build and the new freeze essences, its time now for a deepdive into PvP Battleground in Diablo Immortal.
Today i will cover Low, mid and high ressonance builds, WE will talk about the job of Barbarians in pvp and WE will finally take a look into the new Meta Spartusk Build.
I will show you four of the best build for pvp barbarian (battleground) that work in current meta for all of you guys at your individual level.

Haven't heard anyone else breakdown the role that each Resonance bracket should be filling. This was very insightful

@@CRAINE-Plays it's funny because I was wizard I saw your post and wooow I need the barb ... didn't have the essences and I changed to tempest again I saw your new post and I was like ooo fk barb its insane I need to farm the essences. Lol . And I do it and its absolutely insane. So I am a barb now lol don't change in the near future lol

Fantastic work as always. What I like about these builds is you can switch between spartusk and heartless terror at the essence npc inside BG before the match starts. 3-4+ barbs or saders? Go Spartusk. More necro, wiz or tempests with cc? Go Heartless. Very versatile 👌

Thank you so much Craine from Barb community :) My experience is that it is hard to rely on Spartusk currently as I found more and more mages with freeze and stun which makes u useless unfortunately… Meta is changing so fast…
Hmhm i agree, its getting tougher with more mages. Im hoping for the situation where they cancel themselfs out. High reso barbs should anyway play terror helmet ^^ and hunt those CC suckers xD

In my opinion it looks like that, but it can differ with the focus on armor pen or potency and the corresponding build u are using:
Low up to 2.5k Reso and 2.5k secondaries
Mid up to 5.5k Reso and 4.5k secondaries
High everything above and highest starting from 7.5k reso and 6.5k secondaries.

Benutze seit ein paar Tagen auch eine Spartusk Variante, zwar mit Chains, aber mit nonstop-Whirlwind statt Wrath. Ich liebe es zu sehr durch die Gegnermassen zu mähen, als darauf zu verzichten :D Egal, jedenfalls dickes Lob für dieses Video! Freute mich besonders, als Du Spartusk als vierten Build vorstelltest, weil der Effekt hat meine PVP Performance extrem verbessert - obwohl ich theoretisch ein Low-Reso mit 2.500 bin. Keep it up!
Ist einfach krass wie man dicke crusis oder barbs damit komplett aus dem spiel nehmen kann ^^

Hey Craine! I don't know if it works at your level and strength as well as it works for me...
But the new Hammer of Ancients is actually performing really well for me in BGs with Davins Legacy chest for the extra charge with 6pc Endwinter 2pc Vithus.
So about every 30 seconds pop 2 charges of HoA, new Cleave, and Endwinter procs. Melts entire groups on the idols. Timing works well when jousting in and out waiting for Undying CD.

Great video as always! What would you define as low/mid/high reso? You mentioned 6,7,8k and up for high. Same question for secondaries. If I'm 5k reso but only in the 2000's for secondaries.

Any chance we can get a clearer shot of the paragon tree selections? Your guides are amazing, but I struggle to see the paragon choices in your videos, unless all nodes are at the top of the tree.
Didnt put that into Focus ^^ just general selection if tree. Which one do you want to know?

What resonance are we classing as the low, mid and high categories?
It always need to be matched with the secondaries but imo:

@@CRAINE-Plays bullshit. Craine many ppl have 4k and more secondary and dont have more than 3K reso as me.
Same goes for me, but to have 4k+ secondaries with reso at 3k you need to be active for 1y+ or you are a smart buyer ;) ... Well we know that wings are tempting and smartness is not with everyone.

I got bored about the cc in bg so i went full no dot build, just pure old fashion dmg to have cc immunity to 1sec cd what seems be hard cap on pvp. Using 4 vithu 4 baron. I finaly can say mages big finger
:D ya i understand, sometimes its getting frustrating to be in stun lock. Do you still feel the impact on the game / the idol?

That is low :) mid Starts at 2-2.5k

@@CRAINE-Plays in general these builds are currently on going for Barb so - and it does make sense even if on low reso you can do pretty well in BG

Approx, many different settings with reso and secondaries possible ;)
As 3.6k reso what am I considered? Low or mid?
Mid :) always depends on your secondaries that should be around 4k+ now
How do u boost immunity?
Heartless Terror helmet for complete immunity, pumping resistance to reduce duration of CC on you, Eternal Sprint affix that grants immunity to knockbacks and chills, leap pants kars defiance with knockback immunity during shield, reforge attributes with immunity chance to knockback or stun or fear. Stuff like that :)
I’m sure dishonored blade doesn’t extend the stun of spartusk
It sure does :) tested and confirmed. Same goes for Baron 2pc and misery Elixier. On puppet and pve you Go 3/6/9s

Very nice but for f2p's especially for old ones, low reso doesnt mean low secondaries
That is true!! Just wanted to show that CC builds can work with any lower reso Combination. The higher your secondaries the more u will impact the game :)

U will make the right choices ;) I trust you. It's gladiator or warden tree and there cheat death, control and grizzled or height, shield and DMG reduction.
SOO you say : IF i have low reso ( 2.8K ) but have 4,5-4.8K secondary, so i dont have dmg and i must stay on back... Haha i do more dmg than many HIGH reso player ;)
No Mate, im Just trying to give some ideas :) there are so many different combos of secondaries and Resonance and so many different builds. Im sure you are playing the way that works best for you :)
