Yesterday, I dined at Galata restaurant; I had a very scrumptious Pirzola platter: rice, lamb, flatbread, and a lovely salad. I don't have desserts because I'm a type 2 diabetic but, after dinner, I had a complimentary glass of Turkish tea, which was very nice.
I took pictures of my meal and sent them to my daughter; she said mom, that food looks very delicious! I shall take her after the Eid al-fitr celebration is over because she doesn't like crowds when having her meals.
She'd be very happy as she's healthy and could eat any desserts she wishes. She especially loves Baklava and Sutlac; I'm sure that she'd order both, so I shall taste a little of hers.
Btw, this recipe looks very delicious and easy to make, so I'll soon try it. Thank you very much, and God bless 🙏 🌹

These are called turkish pepper, but you can use any sweet to mild green pepper of your choice.

The bets bit is finishing off thr crusty bits of meat and fat on the bone with your mouth, it's where all the flavour is.
