Hope you all are doing well!! Today's recipe is coming straight from the Turkish Cuisine, Delicious Mouth-watering Turkish lamb Chops ..
Turkish style of Lamb is a savoury alternative to the more commonly flavoured rack of lamb chops we are accustomed to. The spicy seasoning and spices are such that anyone who dabbles in the kitchen even a little bit will most likely have on hand.
Turkish lamb/mutton chops
Ingredients:
Lamb chops-700grm
Mint leaves-2,3 tsp
Parsley-1/4 cup
Garlic paste-1tbsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Paprika powder-1tsp
salt to taste
Olive oil
Lemon juice-2,3 tbsp
