How to improve thigh save and bigger buttocks
If you meant to reduce your thigh fat and remain a larger butt, try to be in a slight calorie deficit. Do some outer and inner thigh workouts while consuming foods high in protein, healthy fats, and carbs.
Can you please tell me which foods those are? I am just now learning about healthy proteins
