-Fresh black pepper: some
-Garlic 20g (as Peeled)
-Onion 150g
-Mushroom 90g

-Worcestershire sauce 10g (2tsp)
-Tomato ketchup 45g
-Salt 1/2 tsp (2g)
-Cold rice 340g
-Cheddar cheese some
(Omellette 1 portion)
-Egg 3
-Salt a pinch

Do i cook the konbu with the rice in the rice cooker? or remove before cooking the rice
Hey chef what size oan do you recommend for this? I have a 12 inch pan and I feels a bit too big sometimes. Or perhaps I need more practice?

Mine is 24cm (9.45inch)
So I recommend to have a small one like this 😉
Chef does changing up the rice type change anything I tried the kombu soak with brown rice left for a few hrs and didn't taste much difference?

For the taste, I recommend Japanese white rice.
But Brown rice is still ok my friend!!
Of course you can use the kombu technique too😉👍

Yes you can cook kombu with rice and water. Just remove kombu once the rice is cooked👍

There isn't exact good replacement for warestershire sauce,
but take it easy! Just add a bit more tomato sauce then👍

I was expecting the semi pro like when you fold from the tip of the pan while you shake it but itll probably look the same anyway :) helpful video. I myself was once an omelette man in a hotel and a my chef taught me how to do it like a pro.
