Very good video! I appreciate the fact that you explained the clapping audio part. A lot of people don't think of that, and it makes combining voiceover with footage so much easier!
Thank you for this, genuinely showing me products that will help me with my other channel as I’ve just started and not tying to push a bunch of expensive products on someone. Amazing video bro
I have the ZVE10 but i wish i saw this video before I started buying all my equipment. Already have a good key light but am using my zhiyun crane gimbal as a fill light lol..The light is actually pretty good. Im definitely going to get those SmallRig P96L lights to add some color to the wall to the left of me. My background is colorful but that wall is bare lol Thanks for the help!
Thank you for all of this information! Very helpful. Is there information somewhere about what cords are needed to connect a camera to a laptop to record video for future editing? Thank you
I would really love to see a video like this but not based for sit down video. I am always trying to figure out how to get the perfect setup and lighting for my fashion niche/try ons but can never find set up videos that are not sit down based. Like should lighting be off to the sides, coming from higher pointing down a bit, how to have your lighting without casting so much shadows.
I’m a new beginner and I had brought a Sony NE7 for 300 & it’s like brand new that came with a zoom lens & two batteries I wanted to know what is the best video that I can watch to learn how to use the camera with my MacBook Pro Mid-2012? & what is the best free editing software that I can use? I ask because they’re no RUclipsrs where I live at in Central Pennsylvania
Great video. Are you just pulling the card from the camera to export for editing or do you recommend using another capture software? I know this is budget and software can be an extra cost technically.
Great Video! 🔥 Just curious, newbie here, can you connect the Mic via usb C directly to the camera to record both mic and video? Or maybe plug the usb C to the computer and record it there instead of the phone?
I have just shot my first video and I want to ask for some advice on 2 questions, the above set is a great inspiration. 1. Can I use the BOYA MM1 Cardioid Shotgun mic instead of the above since I already have that. Audio comes good but still your sound is better, is there some trick to it in post production? 2. Also, I and I had bought softbox already of 60cm 80cm and 120cm - can't figure out which one looks best for such talking head youtube videos (or even if I stand/sit a little far so that my upper body is fully visible). Can you shed some light on the sizes? - for the lights I am using Godox SL100BI light for keylight and for the secondary lights I am just using a double/triple bulb holder with led bulbs. I do have some small rgb lights like you mentioned in the video which are good enough for practical lights. I am asking these questions as I think I have plenty of equipment for me to make my next 6-10 videos before I need to consider buying anything else and I just want to make the best use of what I have till now. For camera, I got the ZV-1 since I didn't want to spend on any lenses for the time being and I just got the third party wide angle lens which makes it plenty wide and a ND filter for when needed.
How much did the iPhone, the computer and the vertical light tube cost you? If you leave out the most expensive parts, then it is indeed easy to stay under a thousand dollar.
This is weirdly timed for me. My first video is scheduled for tomorrow and I was talking about gear being an excuse people use to not start. To be perfectly honest, I wont invest money until I know I enjoy and have the bandwidth to stick to it.
The lens that you recommended. if you bought the Sony ZV E-10 with the kit lens. will that be sufficient? or do you still recommend this lens over the kit lens?
Great question... thankfully you don't have to use your phone, you could also use a computer for recording audio! You are right though in that this kit requires you to have either a phone or computer, which you would also need to edit the video haha. So whatever you are using to edit, you can also use as your audio interface with the ATR2100X! Hope this helps!
I feel this video could’ve been done better by removing the camera and lens. Most people have a phone that came out in the last 4 years which is more than capable of providing awesome video. The camera and lens alone blow 750 of the 1000 budget.
Can you do ipad giveaway? I am from India. I am from a small village. I have just completed my 12th final. There is no other way for me to prepare for the entrance exam except online and the fees for offline are in lakhs and that too far away from here. Please sir.😢😢 😢😢❤❤❤❤
Dude you need to breathe and use some diaphragm support you’re choking your voice off in your throat and your soft pallet, its making me want to gasp for air just listening to you.

I am making my own cartoon series called Black Poorama or Jailbima Rotains
Hey I was wondering about the computer and software that you use to process the audio and video, is this it the opus?
We are a small channel who has just started and are very thankful for your content. Hope to get back to this comment later when we grew a bit. 😊
Keep working hard!
Good luck buddy. Me too
Very good video! I appreciate the fact that you explained the clapping audio part. A lot of people don't think of that, and it makes combining voiceover with footage so much easier!
Yes it really does!
I like the fact that you purchase only the Items that you need and the simplicity not like others who put tone of Items to impress views. keep it up 👏
We try... sometimes we like some fun accessories that aren't totally necessary... but not for this kit :)
Unboxing my ZV E10 for my setup later today, thanks for all the helpful content!
Happy to help!
I got ZVF1 for about 440. I just have to add everything else.
It is an amazing camera and the Viltrox 20mm lenses. Great too.
Enjoy it
Aye let’s go I’ve been looking for the info in this video for the past 3 days and y’all released as soon as I needed it
So glad that we can help!
I got that exact lens for my recently purchased ZV-E10, its great! I'll be looking into those other accessories as well. Thanks for the tips!
Happy to help!
Awesome cheap studio setup! Thanks for the tips! 🎉
Really happy you mentioned the Sony ZV-e10. I love mine!
We do too!
Thank you for this, genuinely showing me products that will help me with my other channel as I’ve just started and not tying to push a bunch of expensive products on someone. Amazing video bro

You will love the RGB look from the small rig light(s)!

This was super helpful dude thanks!🎉
Happy to help!
Good video. Can you provide a link for the desk? I think you mentioned in a previous video that it came from Amazon. Thanks.
I just started this month and i want to tell you that I'm doing very well because of your content ❤
Your channel said you started 6 years ago
Just beginning and this was a very helpful video thanks 🙏
Nice vid bro!!!
The microphone 🎤 is what I may be thinking of since I run a faceless channel which is not monitised yet.❤
These lights are so much more smaller and storable than my current ones. Will be looking into these. Thanks!
They are really solid for the money!
this is mighty useful thank you! is there a better way so i don't have to do the post production A-V synching?
I bought the same light setup for video calls, and was surprised on how good these lights turned out to be
Right?! Really surprising!

Yes I am struggling with perfecting it lol. I have a really good piece of lighting too it's just the set up I can't quite get right.
Thanks for the tips! I hope to see my channel grow soon :)

I normally take the card, but Sony have software that can connect the camera to the computer and work like that.
Fantastic breakdown...time to scrape together $1000!
$$$$$$

It would work for the computer! Most cameras don't accept USB-C as an audio input signal though. But 100% yes for the computer!
Nice recommendations thanks

Nothing wrong with building slow & steady!
The lens that you recommended. if you bought the Sony ZV E-10 with the kit lens. will that be sufficient? or do you still recommend this lens over the kit lens?
The kit lens is great. Maybe even better in same ways!
Love it
How are you getting the $598 price for the ZV-E10? When I click the link, the price $698.
your content is very good
Thanks for watching!
Personally I am still using my Google pixel 6, and The ZV-E10 is the camera I am looking at
You would love the ZV-E10!

Is the Sony zv1 still worth considering?
Yes, still a solid camera!
Hey think media TV 😁👋

Thanks for watching!
I wish someone reading this become a successful RUclips Creator.❤

👊🏿💥🔥
Hate to be that finicky guy but not including the cost of the iPhone used for recording the audio is cheating as those things ain’t cheap

Sub the camera for your phone and this video is AUTOMATOCALLY for people with a budget of $500 or less (thank me later)
$1000 studio: buy a sony camera. Got it, thanks!
I feel this video could’ve been done better by removing the camera and lens. Most people have a phone that came out in the last 4 years which is more than capable of providing awesome video. The camera and lens alone blow 750 of the 1000 budget.
Totally fair!
एक दिन इस गरीब का भी vlog video vlog viral होगा😢😢
Big boss jaisi cheez dekhoge aur uski jaisi tatti video bnaoge toh nhi Hoge bhai. Thoda content ko better kro, ho jaoge viral
And now one week later, the camera is $700...
It’ll come back down in no time! Wait a week or two, probably for prime day!

😢😢❤❤❤❤
frst!
ill drop that $600 for a camera when i actually am monetized. You guys have made this video multiple times. Stop repeating it.
This is a bad video to tell people to spend over 60% of your $1000 budget to put together the setup.
