    I would look into the powervalve actuator. It seems silly and definitely overlooked but I had a F7 with no spark and I tried everything. Asked around online and was told that could be the culprit. Sure enough after replacing that I had spark.

      I'll check it out, I did new cables and and cleaned the power valves before it died while riding. I also adjusted the cables per the spec.

      @@HeidisGarage it is a small electrical box that I believe has a 3 prong plug that plugs into the wiring harness. It’s almost directly below the carbs in the front.

      My actuator is mounted on the firewall behind the head. I'll test it to confirm it is moving

    I also think stator i see you put one in but i still feel its in that area

    • @HeidisGarage

      Could be, I did check to make sure the stator is producing power and it is, I can put the old one back in! I might check my ecu's on a running sled!

    It is the head gasket i had same problem

      I'll Check, but plugs seemed to be fuel fouled and I don't have any coolant coming out of the exhausts ports!

    I’ve been following, I’m gonna guess it’s gonna need a stator.

    • @HeidisGarage
      @HeidisGarage  10 месяцев назад

      Already put a new stator in it before this!

      @@HeidisGarage I guess I haven’t been following good enough I missed that somehow, was it an OEM stator or an aftermarket one? The aftermarket ones are known to be trash right out of the box. Also I believe I seen your key was unhooked as well as you mentioning the killswitch was. I would make sure one of them is hooked up and functioning. Maybe check for spark and go from there

      Its an aftermarket stator but I tested it and it produces voltage. the kill switch is disconnected to make sure it is not interfering with ignition. Also the TSS is disconnected to not interfere along with the rear tail light. I am starting to lean towards a straight up bad wire harness now so I may have to get a new one to try. It seems to get spark fairly consistently but I have to confirm it is getting spark at the correct time!
      Thank you for following along and helping with ideas!

      Pull plugs add some fuel and if it fires off it's a fuel issue and pump is in tank

    • @HeidisGarage
      @HeidisGarage  10 месяцев назад

      It has fuel pressure, checked that in a previous video by running it off of a battery.

    Weird that the gauge light doesn’t attempt to light up when you pull the rope.

    • @HeidisGarage
      @HeidisGarage  9 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah! It even has a new stator in it and I verified that its producing power!

      @@HeidisGarage have you pulled the plugs to check spark? Now I’m down a rabbit hole haha!

    • @HeidisGarage
      @HeidisGarage  9 месяцев назад

      No key, Kill switch is disconnected so it shouldn't interfere with starting.

    • @HeidisGarage
      @HeidisGarage  9 месяцев назад

      Yeah it has spark, I checked that in a previous video! I'm not sure if its getting spark at the right time!
