Thank you for sharing the Cat (973) loader 😊❤😊 love those Cat made hard ground mover's ❤ I am old school type track loader, the Cat (977) era. I did run an International 175 pushing dirt. Boy that big girl, you would move into a pile and the dirt would start rolling over the top of the bucket. On a mainline sewer job I was on for a major housing development. I ran the hoe pack on a 680 Case. Another operator ran pea gravel to the Bucyrus Erie 350 excavator. The operator had a 125 International or a 850-B Case loader to run gravel bedding and backfill. He preferred the Case because back in 1979 Case had that high/Low speed track drive system. The Case loader was just "FASTER" than the 125 and we also got a 931 Cat loader, the Case was faster for keeping up with mainline crew. I dug side sewer stubs on the job also. They brought out a 190 Dynahoe ( two wheel drive) 😊 I had never run one, it had joy stick control instead of a factory (4 lever backhoe control pattern) fell in love with the beast She Wt in at (19000 pounders) she did down (19) feet standard dipping arm 😊 No extension dipper. She was able to dig the deep side sewers connection on main and then run the stubs to property lines. No homes built yet just cleared lots. I liked operating the Dynahoe so much I bought one In 2003 😊❤😊 have never pulled or overhauled the old great reliable 353 Detroit Diesel. She just keeps running with clean 40 Wt Delo and new filters 😊 I have had to reseal hydraulic cylinders that start leaking. Just yesterday put back on the other front cylinder I had seal overhaul done. She is my baby girl. I call her ( Little Musky) after Big Musky that the Ohio coal company bought and Bucyrus Erie Built in open pit mine 😊❤ It was the "BIGGEST" dragline in the world 🌎 and no one has ever built one bigger I wanted a piece of Bucyrus Erie history for my own. Back in 2011 about that time I believe the BE board of directors asked shareholders if they wanted to sell to Cat. BE had just got a huge mining contract for all BE rope shovels in India. Cat wanted to be part of the 40+ year open pit mine with providing Cat haul off road mine dumps and the other large Cat equipment used in a mine like that. I believe the only difference in the large rope shovels are the Paint job & CAT name on a BE shovel it is still all BE engineering that goes into the building of those power houses of natural minerals moving 😊 as far as my Dynahoe -190 BE stopped building there construction line in mid 1980s to focus on just big open pit mining 😊 the BE 350 Excavator that we used on sewer job was also a beast of a build and powerhouse of a digger 😊❤😊
I remember those old Dynahoes. They were so over designed and heavy. Big heavy backhoe/ loaders never could find their place in the construction industry. Probably because backhoe/loaders were always intended to be light and nimble and these were not and could not get out of their own way. John Deere made a comparable machine called the 710. I think they gave up on it too because they could not sell many. The Dynahoe ended up being a Dynasaur.

Good stuff. My friend bought one of those tow behind spreaders for the game patches, we could not stop the thing from flipping over on even the most gentle of hill sides, finally bought a spreader for on the tractor this year, it was excellent better even than the spreader on the four wheeler rack we had switched to.
(1) What I like about AC videos is the lack of “acting” aka no one trying to anyone they’re not.. (2) sending some thing back to the dealer is usually fraught w/ “as long as we’ve got it here, y’all should know that XYZ needs to be addressed….” (3) seeing that long stretch of “driveway/roadway side cleanup”, reminds me of the lesson I learned from my MIL, long ago when our children were 3 and 1 yrs old - it’s many times easier to tidy-up a little bit as it happens, than it is to do so in a single long processes, all at once…. (4) whenever I see AC doing those “burn pit” fires, my mind always goes back to Eddie Murphy and his “delirious” video, where he mimics his dad’s approach to building and lighting a BBQ grill fire… “NOW THATS A FIRE”!!
That first bucket of brush you picked up and put in the truck reminded me o the old saying... Leaves of three beware of thee! You have a beautiful piece of peace there Andrew. It will be looking like a park when you are done. Cheers Terry

“LIGHT THE BEACON!”.. hehehe.. that’s the biggest bon fire i’ve ever seen. And the fact that it is on a mountain top makes it so AWESOME!
Great work Andrew, you have so much to be proud of, skilled trades come with plenty of knowledge over years , we all like how you been maintaining your equipment well and thanks for sharing. Now “let’s go do something else “😎 stay safe and rock steady!!
Great work. Wow how the driveway has evolved. I remember you dragging the camper trailer up there. Thank you sharing your adventures with us all.
Good stuff. My friend bought one of those tow behind spreaders for the game patches, we could not stop the thing from flipping over on even the most gentle of hill sides, finally bought a spreader for on the tractor this year, it was excellent better even than the spreader on the four wheeler rack we had switched to.
Really? I’ve seeded a ton with that tow one. It’s been good. I have a pto one for my tractor I’ve never tried.
(1) What I like about AC videos is the lack of “acting” aka no one trying to anyone they’re not..
(2) sending some thing back to the dealer is usually fraught w/ “as long as we’ve got it here, y’all should know that XYZ needs to be addressed….”
(3) seeing that long stretch of “driveway/roadway side cleanup”, reminds me of the lesson I learned from my MIL, long ago when our children were 3 and 1 yrs old - it’s many times easier to tidy-up a little bit as it happens, than it is to do so in a single long processes, all at once….
Cheers
Terry
I thought the same thing. Curious how careful he has to be, maybe he has immunity.
Just what I needed right now ... Thank you AC, perfect timing 👍

I was able to test run a brand new caterpillar excavator yesterday and I got to feel like Andrew camarata for 10 minutes. Those big machines are awesome!
How to make hard work look like fun, this is it. I always wonder if there is anything, and I mean anything, that Andrew considers too much. If you don't already know this, us mere mortals are afraid to tackle lots of things... Love the dogs man. Thanks for the videos.
Andrew you never stop working mate
When Andrew shows us a new video we are all happy to enjoy an hour of beautiful and interesting works!! Great Andrew, number one. Hello your number one Italian fan, Alex from Milan Italy. 🇮🇹 💙 🇺🇸

That's the way we used to have to do it Andrew. Good for the newbies to see what has to be done, instead of throwing a track!
"Driveway" maintenance.

You're an amazing young man and credit to your parents. You inspire me every day and wish you all the success you desire. G'day from Australia 🇦🇺.

This video is just what I need to relax after the Helene/Milton one-two punch. Being without power is draining. My apartment just missed being flooded. I feel for the folks who are devastated. "Help a neighbor."
Always truly love seeing your videos much love and respect thanks for sharing

love watching your vlogs ... everything is cool and interesting. you sure live life . greetings from Brooklyn NY 😎
In thd Netherlands we have lots of flowerbulbs that are excellent for the colder climate and poorer soil up on that mountain. Fritillaria, snowdrops, daffodils, crocuses, besides the tulips and hyacinths of course. But especially snowdrops and crocuses seem very suited to that place
OK, thank you, I want to try more bulbs, I like flowers.
@@AndrewCamarata Here in Maine I've had luck with crocus in grass areas. They poke up and flower just as the snow is going away, and they're done by the time you have to mow.
I thought Andrew had an industrial wood chipper to convert the firewood into mulch. Another great video sir. Thanks for sharing this. Wishing you and your lady a blessed week filled with gentle seasonally appropriate weather and restful evenings together with your furry kids. Peace brother
That just would create a massive ANT farm I did that years ago and paid the price.
Perfect. Who knew the right tool to fix the track length adjuster device on a cat dozer is a huskvarna chain saw.
It’s not a fix
your property is looking really good and i like the flowers and grass. Driveway sure has come a long way. it looks like a nice drive now
The beacon is lit! Gondor calls for aid!
Love it man! 😮😂
NOW THAT'S A CAMP FIRE !!! when you can see it from space and NORAD think's it's a missel launch IT'S BIG ENOUGH !!
PS/ smart man having his fire apperatus handy.
I swear that was LOTR music, too. It fit like that anyway!
Reportedly it was seen from the “Space Station “ A Torch in the NY Region . 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 1:14:15
Great video! 👍😀 Bonfire must have been epic! Clean-up was thorough. You have a Great Mountain Retreat there, Andrew! 😃
You know Andrew has really made it when he sends a machine to a shop to have it fixed! Dont have time for a transmission rebuild in the mud, we have another Castle to build!!
That type of repair would take him a year. Sometimes for complex stuff like transmissions best to send it out to the professionals
@@maxstrong1999 yes sir! Although I'm sure he can do it, eventually you've got more money than time and, your time is better off spent doing other things!
I can’t believe how many hours and work that hs been put into this “driveway” 😮 I love it.
Another beautiful day.
