I missed veg so much while I was on vacation! When you eat out, you just can't get as much fresh produce in as you would if you were cooking at home. So I made sure I got plenty of veg in this week.
I still have butter in the fridge, and oil in the pantry. Also, while there's not that much meat in this video, there is plenty in the freezer as I buy that in bulk every 1.5-2 months. So I get fat from that as well.
