I added an add a leaf to the factory leaf pack, on my 23' pro4x, rides great. With the fox extended travel kit from ado. I had the parabolic leaf pack from ado, with about 300-350 lbs in the bed. And it drove like a 3/4 ton truck. Very stiff ride
I feel ya. Ive always had gravel driveways which is even worse than dirt i think. I have a garage but cant fit in it haha. Good job on your camera work, this stuff can be real hard to record.
Thank you, yea I spent more time trying to get good shots of what I was doing so hopefully it’ll help someone who might be interested in doing this themselves. I think I’m gonna see about getting concrete under my carport.
I need new leafs im looking right now just trying to figure out what ones to get. Im tiran swapped too i have a aal in the rear but im scared mine are gonna go bad especially with the extended shackles.
I noticed the same thing about the springs on my 2021 Frontier just yesterday. Shocking how flat they are and I've never put more than 200 lbs of weight in the back! So, how did upgrading your springs affect how it drives/handles?
I hear that’s actually normal for Nissan springs. It raised my truck 3.5” handles fine and loaded up no squat not even with my travel trailer hooked up.
It's okay for the truck to squat, it should a little, when loaded, if it doesn't squat at all when loaded, it will ride like shit when not loaded, plus it's bad for off-road performance. Need some flex. I had the ADO parabolic leaf pack, it was okay when at the trucks max gross weight, but all other time, it SUCKED. These are not hd 3/4 ton trucks. They are midsize.

I just ordered the medium load leaves for my 2019 Frontier Pro-4x. Thanks to your video and some prior knowledge, this should be an easy project.
Multiple floor jacks makes the job so much easier. Be safe and Merry Christmas 🎄

@@monocogenit1 I have no complaints on the iron man leaf springs.

@@thedude828-ed2nn I had to go back to my original shackles when I did these. Still lifted my truck 3 inches
Where did you get the Ubolts? I don’t see them listed. Are they longer than the original due to the beefier leaf springs?
I got the Ubolts from my local auto parts store, their longer you just cut them to length

shees duder, i bet that made yea change your drawers
A little bit definitely got my attention. Thinking about having concrete poured under the car port now for working on stuff.
Do you have a link for the leafs?
I used these ironman4x4america.com/rear-leaf-spring-heavy-load-660-1100lbs-suited-for-nissan-frontier-navara-d40/
What gonna ask the same thing. Thanks for the comment and the link sir.
