Every body is a critic but I would put salt & pepper in the flour and try the shake a bake for the bread crumbs, I would leave the onion and cheese the same .
Never seen pickle stuffed without cheese in onion rings fried pickles and onion rings I'm sure it could be flared up somehow might need to be frozen first idk if I'll ever be in the mood someone let me know if you try it.
