Material :
3 onions
200 grams of all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 eggs
100 ml milk
Cheese sauce:
20 grams unsalted butter
1 teaspoon flour
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
125 ml milk
75 grams of cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon chili sauce (optional)

We call those Blooming Onions because they look like a delicious blooming flower. Yum. Also we put a dash of Cayenne pepper in the sauce to give it a little heat. Love your music choice

Thanks for the recipe, we call those "Bloomin' Onions" here in Canada, and I've had them at Rib joints and BBQ joints, and now I can make them at home...the cheese sauce is a nice add-on, I've only ever had them with ranch dressing or BBQ sauce.
