You should look into building bags for medical personnel and even patient's who need to carry iv pumps and bags.
I use veto bags at work as an hvac tech but my wife has had a hard time finding a good iv bag. She is t.p.n. dependent and spends 18 hrs a day carrying iv fluids in a crappy backpack.

I have 5 Veto tool bags- the oldest is the original XL, going on 15 (?) years. Open top, closed bags and a small TP for trouble shooting. Each bag is set up for individual projects- plumbing, electric, carpentry, handyman/ all purpose. Expensive, but WELL worth every penny. Past tool bags would only last to about 4 years before replacing, and I could never find the exact replacement because they change styles over the years. Interested in these for our boat. Just have to get some stainless steel tools to round it out
