Victims identified in deadly Harford County house explosion

The victims killed in the Harford County house explosion on Sunday morning were identified by The Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal.
Officials say the homeowner, 73-year-old Ray Corkran Jr., and 35-year-old Jose Rodriguez-Alvarado, the contracted BGE utility employee, died inan early morning house explosion in Bel Air, Maryland.
