    Great looking bike man, congrats! I have something similar! Do you have a lonk for the tank pads and the back rizoma signals? PS: sounds great as well!

      Hey thanks! -Yeah, those rear Rizoma turn signals are discontinued unfortunately. But here's one that may have some in stock: ducatisantabarbara.com/products/silver-bar-end-turn-signal-by-rizoma-universal-1. Here's the link for the tank pads: onedesignusa.bike/collections/hdr-tank-pad. Cheers! 😎🤙

      @@DesmoMotoif it’s too bumpy try adjusting the rebound , compression & dampening on you shocks with flat head screw driver. It will be so much more comfy. Also a tune may fix the jerkiness?

    White painted wheels would suit the bike nicely. Good upload. I like the quality video and the narration.

    Whats ur helmet mic setup bud? sounds so crisp and clean.

    • @DesmoMoto
      @DesmoMoto  7 месяцев назад +2

      I used a Tascam recorder connected directly to the Sony lavalier mic. Hardest part was getting that crisp sound when I go full throttle on my bike since it can be very loud!

      @@DesmoMoto thanks for the reply, hope see more of your videos in the future. Would love to see some videos in a superview ultra wide format or having the camera in a verticle mount for youtube shorts. The S4RS is such an asthetic classic bike imo that I think it would work well in those video style. Thanks again.

    Bro, your bike looks fantastic! I have an 05 S4R. I would love to know how you lowered your instruments. Did you lower the headlight too? Even your exhaust mod is something I've been thinking of doing.

    • @DesmoMoto
      @DesmoMoto  7 месяцев назад

      Thanks! The headlight bracket was slightly modded from the top side to give enough room to place the instrument panel between the triple tree and the bracket itself. I lowered the headlight placement by swapping out the position of the two plates that connects to the bracket itself.

    Hey DS
    Thanks for the video.
    1. Do you have a source for the rear hugger?
    I don't think you mentioned it in the intro.
    2. What is that item that is on the right side top of the gas tank?
    3. What is the maker/source of your belly pan?
    Regards
    Jude 07 S4R

    • @DesmoMoto
      @DesmoMoto  3 месяца назад +1

      1. The rear hugger is from PSR. But I don't think they carry them anymore.
      2. That is the GoPro mount that is on the tank. (unless I'm mistaken for something else)
      3. The belly pan is from Carbon4us. They are shipped from Slovakia. There are two designs to choose from.
      Cheers! 😎🏍

    How's the sitting position after the clip on swap? I wanted to do it, but concerned about killing my back and wrist.

    • @DesmoMoto
      @DesmoMoto  8 месяцев назад

      I'd say it's kinda between riding with high-riser bars and an actual sports bike position. No issues with the wrist at all. My back can last quite a few hours before it gets tired. If you feel like riding a sports bike, but in a comfortable position, I'd say do it!

    Thinking about getting one of these old girls. They have a real character about them… plus they go ok on teak yeah? I’ve currently got a 2011 1050 speed triple, would it keep up with the triple?

    • @DesmoMoto
      @DesmoMoto  5 месяцев назад +1

      Yes, this bike will definitely keep up with the 1050 Triple. My buddy has one just like it and we keep up all the time. Actually, I just released a raw video yesterday riding with my buddy's 1050 Triple. 😎👌

    is this a new riders bike? And how about any techincal issues?

    • @DesmoMoto
      @DesmoMoto  5 месяцев назад

      I wouldn't consider the Monster S4RS as a new riders bike. This is a really fast bike even though it is nimble. The only technical issue with most Ducati Monsters is the rectifier unit that goes out eventually. It is fairly cheap to replace.
