In the hornet the TOO mode shows all radars instantly. This seems much better than the current implementation in the viper that requires a search and different tables for different radars. Is that just how it is in real life, is the hornet in need of updates, or will that come in a later mode for the viper?
I dont know if this is the correct place to state this but seeing as it is a video about the viper ill take the liberty to do so, when i (or someone) tries to use a "cold start" viper on open beta servers, the TPOD will not send data over to the plane, there is videofeed and the tpod itself functions fine, but i cannot use CCRP because the TPOD doesnt send any data over to my plane, the SPI (?) just stays the same. For example if i select a waypoint and go into CCRP mode, then pick out a target with the TPOD, it will steer me towards the waypoint and not where i m pointing the TPOD (even in Point/INS Point mode)
Hey Matt, do you know if the range indication is for the steerpoint specifically, or whether it allows for the HARM to reach anything within the search radius around that steerpoint? Either way, great vid as always
