I wish I could be as clean as you. getting a dishwasher has helped a ton, my toddler is a tornado of toys and I just got a full time job so I'm struggling a bit lol
I did the pee test when I was pregnant with my first. It had to be repeated 5 times because the nurses kept throwing away the pee instead of putting it in the jug in the hospital fridge. I ended up telling the nurses to piss off and stop touching my cup. I was bed ridden from 28 to 36 weeks with pre eclampsia. Not much has changed in 21 years with the test. So weird.
I have actually had this test while not being pregnant. They do it for kidney issues and other things. My elderly mom in law had it done twice and she was in her early 80's. I had to call off work because I didn't feel comfortable keeping it in the fridge lol I had preeclampsia with my son right after the test at 39 weeks I had to go in and be induced I had a very high protein count in my urine. I enjoy watching your journey through pregnancy! :)
So I have this thing where I get anxiety with doctors.the second one walks in, I start crying. I naturally have low blood pressure, but obviously when I get anxiety, it shoots up. So the doctor walks in, I'm trying to not cry while shes taking my blood pressure and its through the roof. I tell her if she just waits 10 minutes, it will be better, she doesnt believe me, sends me to the hospital because she thinks I have pre eclampsia. I tell them of my fear, they don't believe me either. when they would come in to take my blood pressure, of course it would go up but finally after an hour, I started to calm down and it went back down. and I was like..... believe me now?! it was so annoying. but the test was annoying because I knew i didnt have it. but they wouldnt listen. And then they were like " you need to learn to calm down" and I'm like " you just need to learn to stay away from me. "
That crazy they didn't listen, thats an actual thing. I can't remember what my doctor calls it... White coat syndrome or something like that? I get worked up easily at the doctors too and my shoots up even though its controlled. I would have been so mad!
Haha I chuckled when you said the grossest test of pregnancy, just wait until you gotta get your butt swabbed to test for group b strep test lol its so embarrassing to me Haha expect that around 34-35 weeks or so.

Never done it with any of my pregnacy... I'm on the 4th pregnancy... Can't wait to wait my little girl in April....

glucose is worse if you experience high nausea. good look it like extremely sweet kids punch.
