Fun to see all that. Thank you. As my hair is also down my back, I have Scott trim it for me. He was nervous at first, but I drew him a picture, and he does a fine job. I've also stopped with the chemical processes and it's helped immensely. Thanks for sharing your journey.
Enjoyed your hair care vlog, great products and information. So nice to see a woman share her hair care routine with friends not many women would be so open and honest, thanks Fern.
Fern, thank you so much for being so open and honest on your hair care routine. I will definitely try your routine and products. If you get your products through Amazon, you could do I link between your products and Amazon to make it easier for everyone to get the right products. Thank you. You look beautiful as always 💖
Fern, your hair is looking very healthy! Thanks for all the tips & advice. I have very fine, thick hair. I hear you about the snarls after washing! Combing out my hair post-wash is my least favorite thing to do. ♥
I've been waiting for this vlog! I use the blue bottles of Redkin too; now I want to try the version you're using. I haven't heard of the Halo, but I want to try it and a silk pillowcase. Please show a styling video; a few styling tips can be so helpful.❤
A little tip you might find useful...brushing your hair after washing stretches it and it breaks. Try using a wide toothed comb or an Afro comb. It glides through your hair without damaging it. Gone are my hair down my back days, I now have a short choppy cut and I'm naturally grey having stopped colouring a few years ago. Thanks for letting us get up close and personal. Great vlog as always you look fab 👌
Thank you was a great vlog, you’re a natural and I see collaborations ahead. 💝 I have exactly the same type hair, thin but tonnes of it. I’ve been using an Afro comb to de tangle 😁👌. Looking forward to seeing your styling one - I get in a right mess with me tongs even though the hairdresser has shown me how to do it. ♥️. PS I loved your latest jewellery short on Insta 🥳
Wasn't expecting this one. Just discovered it this morning around 3:00 a.m. . Interesting. Must review again, about your hair blower. Certainly a new discovery. I'm happy that you understand how important, good health is surely linked to food intake & that commitment. Dressing room reveal will be most entertaining. Hopefully within hours.
Hey Fern! Great vlog-Thanks! Try Olaplex products- they are a game changer! Also- use a wide tooth comb to minimize breakage. These are essential tips from American Salons that have been helpful in my own hair repair journey. I would love to see how you style your hair❣️
Great video that I enjoyed very much. I think you should definitely keep doing these videos. Could you please consider telling us something about your sports routine, how your style changed since coming to France, what are the french beauty standards and what beauty products do you like buying in France? Big thank you and all the best! Greetings from Germany.
OMG Fern - your hair is looking amazing, so much healthier than before. Thanks for sharing. Will deffo have a look at the Redken products. I have been using Moroccanoil products for some time and they do suit my hair - but nice to try something else.
Do you leave your hair to dry naturally sometimes? as letting it dry naturally is a good way to keep hair healthy, and do you plan to go back to your natural colour? I'm eight months into my journey of going grey, it's not been easy as I have been tempted to colour it again, I have colored my hair for years, but in resent years had noticed my hair wasn't as in such good condition, and just put it down to ageing, in February I was diagnosed with Coeliac disease, which probably explains my hair condition, my plan is to hopefully to get it cut in five or six months so all the colour is gone. Good luck with your journey.
Great to hear about your journey, thank you for sharing! 💛 Sorry about your coeliac diagnosis though ☹️ my friend has the same so I know it can be tricky! Honestly - not sure on my plans going forward with colour? Right now I’m just enjoying seeing it slowly get healthy and trying new products. I’ll probably wait until summers over and review at the start of next year 💭 Sometimes leave it to dry naturally yes, especially on these warm sunny days. Enjoy your weekend, lots of love 💞
Bonjour Fern such a fabulous hair vlog love the products and hair drier 😍👌Your explanation of your hair care very useful I’m very obsessed with the condition of my hair it’s long thick a lot of it Thankyou for reminding me of the homecare oil treatments and I’ll definitely give the silk pillowcase a try👌Your hair is so lovely Fern shines healthy glow always a pleasure to see you Have a fabulous week my love❤️❤️😘😘😍😍👌👌🌟🌟
Very nice! i’ll definitely have to check out this shampoo and conditioner… It sounds very intriguing. Thanks Fern! Oh, and your hair looks terrific… Your routine is paying off. 😊
Hi Fern your hair looks fabulous! I have spent 6 months getting mine into good shape. I colour with L'oreal professional Inoa, it is really kind to your hair as it is ammonia free. I buy the 20% developer and do it myself.I use 8.3 a golden blonde but they go up to level 10. I cut it myself too. I shampoo and condition with L'oreal professionals Vitamino products, they hold the colour in, and my hair is shiny. I swear by kerastase exlir oil, it moisturises and repairs the hair bonds. I use it on days where I wear my hair up. I watch a professional hairdresser on YT, Mike de Canter, he gives brilliant product reviews. I use drugstore l'oreal wonder water too, he said it is as good as K water. Good Luck with your hair journey!
I'm just beginning this video and wanted to let you know I'm on my "healthy hair journey" as well! I don't know what your issues were (yet) but my hair was just fried at a salon and I'm DONE. I'll be attempting to mask the damage with some pulp riot direct dyes and let my grays grow out naturally from there. My appointment was FOR gray blending, so much for that lol. Onward we go....it's only hair💖 AND PS....I found you from looking for reviews on that hairdryer and you sold me! 😊
Hi Joy! 😊 Thank you for taking time to comment. I also had lots of damage/breakage from salons, bleach & sun! ☀️ It’s now 1 year since I last visited a salon. My breakage is growing out & hair in such a good place! Continuing on my healthy hair journey. Good luck with yours too 💞✨
Thanks for sharing Fern! That hair dryer looks amazing, a wish list item for sure! Look at all the money you are saving yourself too while not going to the salon. The loungewear you are wearing is so pretty where is it from? 😊
Thank you! ☺️ Saving on salon trips and investing in good hair care has been much more rewarding. They’re pyjamas from Victoria’s Secret last year. They do the lovely bouncy cotton ones that wash lovely 💞💫
It seems all the influencers/content creators are being sent the Zuvi Halo hairdryer now Fern! Im trying pure organic cold pressed Moroccan Argan oil on my hair .. & skin too 😊 and finishing off my hair wash with a cold rinse ☺️ Your hair is looking lovely 💕
@@fernibops Hello Fern. Yes do 😊 But it needs to be 100% organic cold pressed oil. I got mine from The Ordinary .. they have some amazing products & very good on price 👍☺️
Good morning 💓, it's 10:00 and my son is cooking bacon. I received this one before and I think I commented the first time I got it oddly it came before your Sunday vlog on your dressing room reveal. I did not know the term"shabby chic". Definitely a mix of antiques is something that I like & do. I did not know I was shabby chic enthusiast. I did reply to your response the other day and I don't think you read it but in a nutshell a suggestion was a trunk. I never managed to find one that I liked but really haven't been on a quest for it because I don't have need at this point but I really like them. It is off the topic of this response but I thought I'd alert you. This is the second time I have received this vlog. As I mentioned it came in before the Sunday one. I'm not sure why. And honestly I have been so very busy I don't know if I have the time to go back and check the comment that I may have made sometimes when I'm sitting taking a break, ready to say something text something email something with my phone in my head and I sit down and I start to fall asleep I'll drop my phone so I don't know if that's what's doing it but whatever it doesn't matter I haven't broken my phone yet or cracked it or anything. One can sometimes push to exhausted and lately that's about where I am. Sometimes that's the only way things get done right!? Those steps are great interesting hair blower. Clean is key to beautiful hair agreed!
Hi Christine, this video was filmed last week and saved as unlisted until I made it public today. Sometimes they become visible early? 🤷🏼♀️ Thank you for commenting! Sorry I missed one.. I don’t always get notified it it’s a comment left underneath a comment! Difficult to keep up when life gets hectic - apologies. Sad to hear you’re exhausted! 😣 Please remember to put your needs first & take time for yourself - something most of us forget but so important! Sending love 💛
Your hair is looking so much better now Fern . Like you I have the same problem I use products which I leave in wrapped upi n a towel for as long as possible this product has elasticzier in its brill. thankyou Fern
Hi, Fern, I watched Your video and been thinking about your hair ever since(creepy I know, sorry). I needed to write you- there is 3 products that I could swear by , and I think You need to try, they are all pricey, but it is our hair, it’s well wort it , 1. Davines OI Liquid Luster, 2. K18 Leave in repair mask, 3. Olaplex Nr.0 and Nr.3 .
Please be very careful with the long-term use almond oil. It can make your hair look healthy in the short-term but start falling off in mass. Use it very sparingly! (A little goes a long way.)
Your hair is looking great! 🌻🙌 good to see ya on a Wednesday 😎
Thank you so much! ☺️💛
I'd love to see your styling & cutting routine 💖💫 x
