I had the misfortune to go in this train last month frim Chennai to ernakulam. It was delayed by 3.5 hrs. The expected time of arrival at Chennai was 11.20, it arrived at 2.30am. Unfortunately I booked sleeper instead if 3A and has to ask people who were free loading on my reserved seat to move. It was a terrifying experience all in all. I was scared for my belongings. Only after reaching coimbatore did the train mellow out and became peaceful.
