If you do not glue the foam in the press, you will be able to flip it over to increase the like of the foam. Now to change foam you will need to scrap off all the residue of that foam to replace it. Or build a new press.

Thanks. Would have been nice to know but to late now. The tool worked pretty good just disappointed in the cost and that it didn't come straight.
