    I’m looking forward to going through this exercise routine. I really enjoy the ones that utilize body weight the same as your home exercise volume 8. That is one that I truly enjoy. Thank you for the shout out in this video and you are very welcome! I know you started this channel to help people and you continue to do that and I wish you continued success with it.       I haven't done a Christmas themed one this year and opted for a bodyweight one instead! However, I've done 12 shorts that were challenges each one getting harder. Check them out in the shorts tab.

    I just found you 3 days ago, I've been working out to some of your videos. I've recently had a total knee replacement, I have a torn hip, c-19 trashed my heart and lungs, and I have a torn muscle in my right shoulder. So I've been searching for a workout regimen that I can do without aggravating my torn parts. Oh, and I only just turned 45. My work was very labor intensive.
