    This is my favorite one so far though I do love them all. My thighs & 🍑 has been sore, lol! I had to push thru the newest one today, it was harder than usual because of the soreness. Thanks so much! 💪

    Não fico sem fazer os exercícios tenho diabetes melhoea bastante minha neoreopatia tenho 72 anos depois q faço os exercícios me sinto mais disposta, obrigado
